MRX has been a gift! Being new to medical software /no formal training either/, I found MRX wonderfully easy to use - solid content, good design and intuitive navigation tools! I have come to experience MRX as reliable and affordable - well, a better way to put it would be: great value for money! And the most wonderful thing about it is stellar technical support - timely manner, disciplined execution, and (IMPORTANT*) good humour! Rachel has the most graceful way of turning potentially embarrassing trouble-shooting calls into pleasant casual chats filled with laughs. And Sava is simply a wizard! No reservations in recommending this software - unequivocal 5 stars !

Super happy with the transition to MRx. Response time is a HUGE difference than any other previous chiro software company I have had before. Sava is also willing to continue to improve as the board requirements and communication needs change in BC (rather rapidly as of late). I also love the fact that he actually cares about chiropractic and the future of our profession. . . that alone for me is worth sticking with this team of professionals. Highly recommended.
