Worst people to deal with ever. I placed the order on a Sunday and paid extra for "expedited processing" and tried calling early Monday morning to get a status on the part. No one answers the phone and the message says "for prompt service send an email or contact form." I did both. Still not response for hours. I sent an email asking to cancel the order, as I needed the part right away and couldn't get a response as to when I could expect it. I got an email Monday evening saying "shipped!" with no ETA and completely ignoring my requests to cancel. I ordered the part from another company Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday. I finally got the part from these people on Thursday and asked to return it. After a bunch of nasty emails to me they did process a refund and capped it off with a lovely "DON'T EVER CONTACT US AGAIN!" Buyer beware. These people could not care less about customers or running a reputable business. I would suggest that no one contact them ever again.
