I ordered 2 bulbs from LSE Lighting back in early ...

I ordered 2 bulbs from LSE Lighting back in early May. The tracking number on the order showed an eta of May 18 (and still does). I checked with the seller on estimated arrival after May 18 and was told to wait a few more days. This was the only answer they kept giving me over and over when I would check on the status time and time again. I contacted the Walmart and to try to cancel the order and was told the matter would be escalated on 3 different occasions (they never did get back to me about this). I finally phoned the seller in mid June and was told the bulbs were actually on back order but had just arrived that day. They had reshipped to me and advised they would refund the shipping fee due to my inconvenience and time spent dealing with the matter. I check again on the order on July 7th and was again told the bulbs were on back order???? The bulbs actually arrived July 9th (over 2 months after ordering them). I let the seller know and asked about my shipping refund to which I was told that shipping is expensive and they would not honor their original promise. AVOID this seller at all costs as they are so unorganized and their service is non-existent. No matter what their own issues are you cannot ever cancel an order even through Walmart. I will look elsewhere for future UV bulbs when I need more.
