The worst experience ..with this company sent wron...

The worst experience ..with this company sent wrong part for UV lamp waiting for a month ..they say they are sending the glass part for the UV lamp for my pond over a month ago took my credit card fast from all the reviews I should have known better ..... still waiting while my pond is green with algae I cannot see my fish and told them this ... money wasted on this company I told them I take pride in keeping my large Koi pond clear.. for 15 years.If I lose them I will blame this company.Next stop Better business Bureau.I give them no stars.
