No clue about the milk. Don't intend on trying it anyways. My low rating is for the fact that we have a no soliciting sign directly on our door. Now I will say the guy didn't knock or ring the bell he just left the flyer... BUT, I have him on my security camera standing at the end of my driveway and taking a picture of my house. Why on earth would a milk delivery service need a picture of my house? Dont come on my property again.
