The milk and food products are great, but the customer service is lacking. I was a happy customer for several years, but canceled my delivery from poor customer service. Instead of getting 6 bottles of 1%, I received 6 bottles of whole milk. I emailed in the morning and was instructed to call in order to have the problem fixed. The first lady I spoke with seemed put out about me wanting the correct milk I ordered replaced. When I called back, I spoke with a lady who was very nice, and offered to comp my order at no charge, sounds great, right? Super nice!... but later that day the milk was picked up and no new milk dropped off... I called back to see why, and was informed that there was a "miscommunication" and my milk was not going to be delivered, and certainly not for free. You know when people say they are sorry, but they really sound super happy...that kind of customer service:(
