A salesman came to my home and allowed me to try a sample of milk. He then stated I was not signed up for any program. He stated I would be sent an email offering to sign up for the program if I chose to, but would not be signed up unless I chose so through email. Before he left, I asked him again if I was signed up for anything and he said no, just call to have someone pick up the empty milk bottle free sample. I found out a week later that I was signed up for a weekly delivery program without my consent. This not only is a very deceptive business practice, but illegal by federal law. I hope this is just one bad person and not a representation of the entire company. I felt it was important to post my experience publicly to warn others of this business practice. Telling people one thing, baiting them with samples, then signing them up without consent or knowledge is an open door for a class action lawsuit.
