WOW!! Had no idea fresh milk was supposed to taste this good. I ve been missing out for decades. The chocolate milk was to die for, the cinnamon bread was absolutely delicious and all delivered to my door for the same price of the expensive organic milk I was buying from the store!
Much appreciate the service
Happy holidays to you all, Ed
These are straining times on all of us, but owner Katie is not handling it well. Canceled delivery this week after years of being a customer.
My husband and I signed up for delivery from Longmont Milk after talking to two sales representatives who were at a farmer s market down the street from our house. On the day of our delivery, nothing came. When I called customer service, it turned out that we live outside the service area but no one called to tell us. It was frustrating that the sales representatives didn t understand their delivery area, didn t call to tell us when they figured it out, and were at a farmer s market in an area they don t even deliver to. Completely ridiculous.
Amazing customer service. I had forgotten to order milk over the thanksgiving holiday this year and she sent out a truck the next morning just to take care of our needs. They are always super nice on the phone. We have never had any issue s with the milk since we started with them several years ago.
Thanks guys!!

Geoff was amazing and his product knowledge was fantastic! He was very professional and pleasant to work with!
I like the people that work here. I love the vitamin D milk, along with other products they are no doubt, the best! I also recommend the chocolate milk, the best i have ever tried. They deliver, but not to apartments with stairs, this should change or I have to find another place to live so I can have it brought right to me!
Absolutely amazing service! Their milk is like having a milkshake, but somehow better. Huge thank you to Geoff, the sales rep who got us onboard!
Nothing but great things to say about this company and their products!
The variety of products are amazing. Roxanne is friendly comes to your door, always has a great variety for us to try ..she is great!
Longmont Dairy has the best customer service! They have always gone above and beyond for us, even delivering milk to us on a non delivery day because our fridge went out and lost everything, which was beyond appreciated! We love Longmont and always look forward to our weekly delivery!
Love the convenience of their delivery service. Great, creamy milk. Eggs and cheese are nice add-ons. Absolutely loved the bread of the month. So glad we signed up.
Clear expectations. Bad business. If this is how they court new customers I can t imagine how they treat paying ones. No soliciting means no soliciting.
I love EVERYTHING these folks deliver and their customer service is great!
My family loves it. I like that themilk comes in glass bottles. The coffee creamer is delicious. Very convenient too.
Once you start with LDF, milk from the store tastes terrible. It is surprising to taste the difference.
They get a star for having great products. I m knocking off three stars for the unauthorized charge to my card and the shadiness of their salesman.
A guy came to my door selling this milk delivery service. I made it clear that I wasn t looking for a milk bill. I wanted to be able to order as needed. He said that wasn t a problem at all. All I had to do was log in and change my order to whatever I wanted.
He helped me set up an account on his IPad. The system was having a hard time, so for some reason he added a 1 to my email address. I asked him why he did that. He said That s the only way I can get it to accept your account. It didn t seem right to me, but he said he would change it later and I would get an email within 24 hours, with details on how to log in. That email never came.
The following Wednesday night, I set the cooler out with the complimentary bottle. When I got home that night, the cooler was full of warm milk I never ordered but was charged for.
I called Longmont Dairy to get the scoop on what the deal was. They said it HAS TO BE a reoccurring order, which is exactly the opposite of what the salesman told me.
They have a tremendous product with a ridiculously outdated business model. That s not going to work for me and my family.
Goodbye Longmont Dairy Farms. I hope to never hear from you again.
Wow . Dropping off dairy products between 12 am and 1 . Having dairy products sit in danger zone +41 - fir more than two hours. Then getting my milk from the cooler in the morning around 9 am. 1/2 gallon milk temp 60 degrees- this is dangerous to consumers considering most people cant temp cold products with there hands much less with a proper thermometer.
They boast freshness and less poison in the milk. As you can see from this, this is not just happening to my household but many. Tried to report this to state and county and i could barely get through the robots , then finaly a human who projected the same tone of inflection as the robots- 20 more min another human same problem ... giving me phone numbers to more robots and so on down the line ..... how about human lives matter ... crazy world
After trying a sample at the nearby butcher, I was excited to see that they offer delivery. Not only was it definitely as good as the Lucerne brand that is available at Whole Foods, but having it delivered would have been an amazing help for a single person living with a disability.
And the employee was very helpful and positive until she heard me say the word "apartment." They apparently categorically deny any requests for help from people in apartments. I thought this was unusual to say the least And my best guess as to "why?" is their cooler.
They loan you small cooler to use while you are a customer and I'm guessing that they don't want their coolers to be seen in a lower-income area of town. And while I guess this makes sense to their marketing department, the logic is lost on me. I live across the street from Longmont high school, so the area is not bad at all.
All said, with this approach, their exclusive product line would definitely be well received in Boulder as they seem to echo their values. Milk delivery with reusable containers is a great idea. I will just have to wait until it gets popular enough for another company to decide to do a similar model servicing people who are in a lower income bracket.
Nothing like fresh milk from a glass bottle, try the chocolate!
Love, love, love!! For years I would not drink store bought milk. I just don't like the taste of plastic. I started having milk delivered and I just can't get enough. Their 1/2 and 1/2 is so creamy and delicious in my morning coffee. Orange juice is off the charts good. Milk never tasted so good that I drink a lot of it now. YUM!!! the milk is the best and only product I'll ever drink. I HIGHLY recommend Longmont dairy. Thank you for such a wonderful yummy product. I will never drink store bought ever again. THANK YOU! I am a very happy customer!! Jewells
The folks at Longmont Dairy will promise a quality product which is produced from sustainable and "organic" agricultural processes. For instance, no hormones are used in their milk cows according to their literature. Interestingly enough, they deliver their milk in loud, obnoxious and exhaust spewing trucks which wake the neighborhood at 3-4 am. I brought this to their attention, and never heard back. I work night shift and would get woken up at 3am when their truck races through the neighborhood. As a matter of principle, and for the disregard this company shows to its customers, I have had to cancel our overpriced milk delivery.
Best home milk delivery around. Love that it is in glass bottles, plus the milk tastes the best according to my kids!
Great products! One poor customer service experience that was immediately made right my the office manger. We all mess up but I appreciate the quick fix and the apology. Thank you lisa! Can t wait for our next delivery
The varity of milk is great. The customer service we recieved from Roxanne when she came to the door was great. She is very knowledgable and polite.
Delicious product. Beats Royal Crest and store bought brands by leaps and bounds. I love that it is locally sourced and the cows are treated better factory farms. Beware that the milk IS more perishable than store bought or Royal Crest (i.e. you can't leave the half and half sitting on the counter). However, I attribute it to the fact that it is less processed and closer to its natural form - which I appreciate. It is a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.
Best milk you can get in colorado! I promise you will not be let down by the wonderful selection they offer, plus the the customer service is the best I've seen in decades.
SO glad we tried their products! Their milk is DELICIOUS! Love the home delivery. What a difference from store bought and the price difference is nominal. So worth it!
Local, organic milk in glass bottles delivered weekly to your door. Can't beat it, even with the corporate competition.
Horrendous customer service and the delivery driver waking you up at 1am is icing on the cake.
Great milk in classic glass bottles. Always delivered on time.
got signed up with Greg D
he explained everything to me from the locations they deliver to, the day my order would be delivered and pulled out a calculator to show me the prices .
the whole conversation was good and it felt personal . not like he was just there to sell me milk and then leave . would definitely recommend .
I love chocolate milk , but am kind of obsessed with theirs .
Family operated, they have customer and community loyalty
This is the most unprofessional Business I've ever dealt with, and I don't even buy their products. I want to be a delivery driver for them. So I get it all squared away with Kevin and set up a ride along. When I get to my ride along I fill out the paper that the man gave me. He ask why I was limping. I told him I build campers and drop a Jack in my foot. He then tells me oh you can't lift 50 pounds on that go home. Lol I lift 50 or more pounds building campers daily, and more then I can count. So this man who I take was the delivery manger was rude and when I shook his hand and said my name is Ryan. He did even give his name. He also was very very rude. So I get back to Kevin asking if I could do the ride along another time. Guess what crickets didn't even response to me. If that's what y'all call good business then good luck. I already have told people to avoid y'all. Unreal treatment of someone who was trying to work for you. Second is that how you treat all the people who come and try to get a job with you. Third y'all should maybe have people that work for you that have people skills and are respectful. Instead do ya thing.
We have been customers at home and my business for years. We love the products, the glass containers that can be recycled, and the service! As a Veterinarian who had visited the farm during Vet school at CSU 25 years ago, I can attest that the cows are well-taken care of. Highly recommend.
We've had milk delivery from Longmont Dairy Farms for several years. Great tasting milk! No complaints.
I don't drink milk often, but when I do, I drink Longmont Dairy. The glass bottles and the fact that they are not co-op milk, just makes the milk taste fresher and more pure. I don't live in the Denver area anymore, so I don't get to have home delivery, but I wish I could.
I've been a customer for almost 3 years. I've never had issues or concerns, the milk and cheese are great and I love getting eggnog in September. Due to my own forgetfulness I've forgotten to cancel an order (once on vacation and after a week it was bad) or to even look in the cooler and never thought twice about it.
Sadly I received my first eggnog order (was so excited for some nogfee [eggnog+coffee]) and left early for work and arrived home later. When I pulled out my eggnog one bottle was already curdled, the other looks ok but I haven't opened it yet. I was a little disappointed today when I reached out and was told that they could deliver another order at my own expense. I just thought there might be a one time courtesy for a customer who has never asked for assistance in the past one bottle of eggnog doesn't seem unreasonable.
