My favorite steak place for affordable delicious steaks.

I keep on finding weird things in my frosting of my chocolate stampede and it made me sick that I couldn t finish eating it

A few roaches here and there to top off your meal.. a mgr who ignored our concerns at first, then offered
concessions for a future visit...i declined the offer, but my daughter and her friends accepted...I will never return to this place

Had the ribeye, which was cooked perfectly, and the full rack of baby back ribs, delicious!

It took forever to get greeted . Once the host finally found the server she displayed such a nasty attitude that we decided we would not spend our money there.

Typically I order to go so Im at bar. Good food. Initially there was an issue as I attempted to call in an order and was unfortunately held on the phone for 43 minutes. Unacceptable. In fact I was still on hold when I physically walked into the building so I had to place the order face-to-face. To add salt to injury I did make a formal complaint and the general manager called me and promised discounts or coupons, which I never received. Again good quality food as obviously I continue to patronize but sub-par American customer service.

Everything was great ! Food was fresh wine was banging n waitress was on point!!

Waiter was slow. Place order for drinks and an appetizer, and drinks want even bring to table neither was the bread. Git appetizer before we got our drinks. Had to ask for the bread. Never was asked if we wanted a refill, and didn't even bring a refill. Good was good.

This Long Horn sucks horribly! The customer service is ridiculously slow and incompetent. The waiters excuse was that everyone recently quit......I wonder why......

We came for dessert, Chocolate Stampede which my husband and I shared. The waitress was great and fun, blonde girl, (sorry forgot the name). We love to go there. Thanks!

Waitress was great! Food was good. Handicap stall in restroom was out of order and there were chairs blocking the hallway to the restrooms. Wheelchair barely fit and when we finally got in restroom the stall was closed. Manager apologized but that didn t really help our situation. I suggested a note on the front door bc we would have definitely picked another place to eat. Plumbing problems can t be helped but a heads up would ve been very helpful.

Was told the wait was 25-30 minutes. An hour passes and still not seated. Horrible.

Probably one of the best Longhorns in Atlanta. Both food and service is always great. The NY strip is always my favorite.

Awesome service! Great food. 1st time in a Longhorn in about 15 or so years. Thier chilli is the best! Doesn't need any extra seasoning, it's perfect.

Said they closed at 11 but they closed before then, their listed hours are innacurate

There server and staff was wonderful but I was a lil disappointed about them not having watermelon margaritas. The food was delish.

The food was very good and in a timely manner. The waitress we had was very polite and made sure we were well taken care of

Food was excellent and the staff were pleasant and professional.

Service was terrible. Food was so-so. The waitress didn't care about her customers. I won't be back.

Steaks were very good, but they messed up our order 2 times, and the customer service was not great.

Steaks are always Cooke ml to perfection.....now 2 sides with entree

It was my first time going and it was ok. Our waitress wasnt fully engaged and had us waiting a while for our condiments.

Great service I came in was in a hurry the wait was a short one and my food was great. The staff are very professional.

The food at this place is absolutely delicious, but the pricing isn't competitive.

It was ok but steak could have been a bit more tender.

Ordered salmon with vegetables and salad said no lemon or butter used, after $19.79 I can't eat anything because my entire order was incorrect will never go back

AWESOME!!! Perfect lamb dinner for 20 bucks. No complaints all. Ambiance, food, drinks, service... All good. Plus, the ladies' room was spotless.

The service and food was fantastic in Atlanta, Georgia. I even has fried greem tomatoes.

This is one of my "go to" spots when visiting Atlanta.
The service is friendly, the food is very good and the restaurant is never crowded during week nights. Parking deck right behind the building is convenient (Longhorn validates the parking).
Good experience.

Basic steakhouse. Service was good. Only problem was the bread was a little hard. Might have been sitting out too long. Still like the place.

Wasn't expecting a fabulous dinner but unfortunately did way worse than expected. Walked in door and place smelled like old vomit. Almost walked out. Wish we had. Even steak was cooked poorly. Medium "warm pink" came out way over cooked. No pink left at all. I know I should say well done but that sounds confusing when talking about how bad it was. Rest of food was similarly disappointing. Staff was nice enough. Drinks were fine.

Very good service came in right before they was closing. Food was hot nd good no long waiting time ty.

Immediately upon entering the restaurant, I smelled a loud stinch. It's either old wash cloths and/or dirty mops being used and funky rugs. We only came for dessert. The waitress was chipper. The manager was hospitable. There's a parking garage behind the building. You have to get your ticket validated at the restaurant unless you don't mind paying for parking.

They stuck with CDC Covid-19 laws and had very good service.

The waiter Jaren was so nice amd sweet. She was consistent the whole night. The food and drinks was awesome.

Normally this is my go to steak place near my home and over the past 4 years l have had great experiences. This particular visit was pretty good. Not 5 stars like normal but still a good experience that evening.

Today's I am a mushroom steak burger fries and nice carrot cake this one of my favorite restaurant at this location.

Food was good. Service was slow but as expected for chain steak houses. Remember if the restaurant gives you bread before ordering food it's because they dont want to hire enough servers so the bread distracts your from the slow service. Anyhow good food. Waiter was great but over worked hardcore. As we're the only 2 others I saw in the packed full restaurant.

The atmosphere was so laid-back and pleasant on Mother's Day I took my son back for his graduation this week and I request to have the same waitress she was a sweetheart she stayed at work and waited on me and my family with the best customer care ever highly recommend this place!

Usually very good food, this location not so good. My food was made horribly, the worst ive ate since the hard rock Pittsburgh . In my pic my burned over peppered steak is on right. My daughters made the same way(medium) on the left. You be the judge.

Longhorn is always good but today the ribeye wasn't that good. Orlando has the best Longhorn locations.

Manager (African American, tall, shaved head w/ beard) took me and my sisters order. He was not polite showed 0 enthusiasm and was very sarcastic about the questions I had about the menu.
He sent over a very nice waiter that was very polite.
At the end of service, I found hair in my dressing and my sister found hair as well in her food mixed in with rice. Wasn t big of a deal because we were completely done eating we just wanted to give the waitress a heads up we didn t expect anything off she said herself that she would notify her manager to take a percentage off. He walked pass our table plenty of times, I even caught eye contact with him. He never came too see what we were talking about, he never came to apologize or make sure everything was fine.
Food was fine manager really sucked, it costs absolutely nothing to be concerned or even just polite.

They were busy and we had to wait forever for everything. The seat wait was to be expected but the waiter came over introduced himself and disappeared, we had to keep asking for bread. It took the bread so long to come we thought it was baking. Our bread was cold and stale like they found it on the bottom shelf in the back. I asked for steak sauce that I was still waiting for well after my steak had arrived, my side of sauteed mushrooms and onions was mostly onions and refills were non existent. Finally I just ask for a to go plate.

Service was great. My steak was over cooked I asked for med. well.

Food was great, service was awesome, and we almost didn't want to leave.

I've being going to Longhornbon Piedmont Road for years. Tonight was an epic fail! My Outlaw ribeye was overcooked, it look horrrendous. It was a pale gray color. Disgusting, please do better. People go to Longhorn for the steak. I won't be returning.

Our waiter was awesome! The food is consistently good no matter what city I'm in.

I eat at this location a lot. Food and service are always good. See Donnie at the bar.
