Great place to meet and catch up with friends. Had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! The worst Longhorn location I've ever been to. 0 stars. Need to fire the whole staff and start over. Made a reservation still waited a hour to be seated, to wait another hour to not be served.

I don t care how busy this location is there customer service and quality of food is amazing!

No real expectations. No real surprises. Good quality service.

The apptizer was delicious. The porterhouse steak was cooked to perfection. Two thumbs up.

The food is great but the portion sizes are smaller every time I visit. I dont really visit longhorns much anymore because of it. We ordered a plate of cheese fries for the family and they came back with a small plate with probably 10 fries. It's just disappointing.

Ordered steak medium. Got medium well. Steak still tasted good. Friendly manager offered free desert.

They are not very clean to me. Service is slow. Portions are small

I liked the atmosphere a lot. The food was flavorful, but my salmon was a bit overcooked. The mac n cheese, fries, and steak were all spot on though! Our server was also kind. It's a comfortable location for a date.

We had a wonderful time tonight celebrating my daughter's birthday! The service was fantastic from the host to the server to the management and the food was unbelievably delicious!

I'm from California where there are no longhorn, I've worked at Outback Steakhouse in Cali so they menu are similar. I moved to Atlanta 1 1/2 month ago. I wanted to treat myself to lunch yesterday so I chose this location and I'am glad I did. My server was so amazing. I'am a server from turner field chophouse, braves all star grill and metro cafe diner so I watch servers customer service. Walking in and the gentleman in the front was very kind and sat me and gave me water. My server was very sweet and friendly, she helped me decide my meal. I requested honey with my bread and butter. I started with spinach dip and I was wondering will she rush and bring my wedge salad and she didn't she informed me she didn't want to rush and give me time to finish dip and inform her when I'm ready. SO AWESOME!!! I m ready sweetie, I enjoyed my salad and informed her to bring my steak and mac & cheese. She brung steak and asked me to cut into it to confirm if it's cooked how I request. UHH AWESOME AGAIN. She kept checking on me, She seen me pull my card out for her so she placed the book down on edge and told me no rush take your time. At the end I asked what was her name because I went to spoke with the manager and let the manager know Neya was such a great server. I will be back. Amazing job NEYA....

Snail slow service, but the food was fresh and tasty.

Terrible Service! On 6/13/20 we waited for over 45 mins for a table of two. Once we were notified our table was ready the hosts with the Afro told us it was going to be additional 5 min wait. 10 mins went back and we asked for a manager. Come to find out the hosts gave away our table. I was furious. Never returning to this location and the bread was old and cold.

Great customer service, my waiter was nice, the food was decent, I've had better at other locations, but overall I enjoyed myself. Even my waitress was so sweet and understanding because my son is austistic and was a bit disruptive, not that he could help it but she understood from her own experience. So I had a wonderful time would definitely return.

Usually is the best place to go to for steak. But when they are busy. U can tell your food is rushed cooked. The steak is never well done when they packed

On a return trip from a Skiiing vacation in Santa Fe,on 29 Dec 2014, I had lunch at your your facility at the Atlanta Airport. When paying my check the waitress disappeared into the kitchen area with my credit card. Since then I have discovered that my account has been compromised. Although I have no proof that this was the source of the compromise..........it is the only suspicious incident noted.in the past several weeks..........For your info and action if necessary

This location smells funny when you enter. Not sure what that's about. It may be the type of cleaning products they use. The service was great and the food was...hmmm. I had the garlic park chicken and it was slightly under cooked. Also the pre-meal bread they served was get hard and dry. I will try to avoid this location.

Regularly, when I review, I review hard. However, 'tis the lord's day, so allow me to be brief; Exquisite cuisine, below average customer service. Waiters please remember customer requests THE FIRST TIME. Three Stars.

Amazing. Best steak I've ever tasted. Drinks were excellent and so was the service.

Me and hubby come here on our anniversaries and date-nights! We luv it! The last time we were here the service was just wonderful! And the food was so delicious, we are looking forward to our next visit!

2 SERVERS! Waited 13 minutes at the host desk before anybody even came out. The server we got was however very patient and polite. Manager nowhere in sight. Placed smelled a little like mop water. Not the Longhorn I came to 4 years ago.

I love visiting here. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. The bill was appropriate for the quality. They have a lot of good reviews for a reason.

Amazing experience, customer service was superb and good was delicious. thumbs up!!

Nothing major to share. We went on a Monday evening. They were short staffed, but service was still good and the food was good. Loved my appetizer (cheeseburger dip) but the steaks.... ehhh. While nothing was horribly wrong with my experience, I am giving 3 stars just due to it being an average experience.

25 bucks for a 14 lbs steak!!! It was delicious, totally worth it.
They validate your parking ticket if you park at the structure behind it, don't pay to park!

Went there fot lunch. The prices are expensive but everything was great. Thing was clean including the bathroom and the food tasted great. My steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare) but the seasoning could had been a little less. I really enjoyed my lunch.

The server Tanner was so amazing prompt and professional service. He is a great asset to this company. Job well done. Superlative

My daughter and sister ate at long horns on piedmont rd, the food was outstanding, the waitress was most helpful and a delight to be served by, I'll give it a five star because we really enjoyed our visit.

The food was good. The only problem is that we felt forgotten. It took atleast 15-20 minutes for our waiter to come take our order (they weren't even that busy). After that of course we had to wait what seemed like an exorbitant amount of time for each item to come

Wasn't that good. Food was nice presented. The ribs were good. The chicken wasn't flavorful. Service wasn't that good. Au grautain califlower wasn't seasoned and the farmers market chicken wasn't flavorful. The location is great.

Always quality food, but don't ever try to call this place. Or sit near the bar. You'll be listening to a ringing phone for an hour or more.

Food was great. Service was terrible. Party of 11 with reservation. Seated, ordered, and received appetizers in a timely manner. Over an hour after we sat down, half of the entrees were served. The rest came 20 minutes later. I was never offered a refill of my water or my beer.

If I could give this experience zero stars I would. The best part of the visit was that the hostess was nice and seated us quickly. The restaurant was busy it took us almost 30 minutes just to get our drinks and bread. We didn t order appetizers just two adult meals and and kids meal which took an additional hour to receive it. And the food was only room temp. All the other waiters were attentive and bring out orders left and right. People who arrived after us got their food way before we did. Worst service I ever had and when I brought it to the manager he stated he had just gotten there. But he was there the entire time walking around as we waited for our food. I will not be back to this location.

Simply delicious! Restaurant specialized in meats. Delicious cuts and options. The attention was great and the times were right. The environment is also very nice
