Typically I order to go so Im at bar. Good food. Initially there was an issue as I attempted to call in an order and was unfortunately held on the phone for 43 minutes. Unacceptable. In fact I was still on hold when I physically walked into the building so I had to place the order face-to-face. To add salt to injury I did make a formal complaint and the general manager called me and promised discounts or coupons, which I never received. Again good quality food as obviously I continue to patronize but sub-par American customer service.
