Manager (African American, tall, shaved head w/ beard) took me and my sisters order. He was not polite showed 0 enthusiasm and was very sarcastic about the questions I had about the menu.
He sent over a very nice waiter that was very polite.
At the end of service, I found hair in my dressing and my sister found hair as well in her food mixed in with rice. Wasn t big of a deal because we were completely done eating we just wanted to give the waitress a heads up we didn t expect anything off she said herself that she would notify her manager to take a percentage off. He walked pass our table plenty of times, I even caught eye contact with him. He never came too see what we were talking about, he never came to apologize or make sure everything was fine.
Food was fine manager really sucked, it costs absolutely nothing to be concerned or even just polite.
