Longhorn Steakhouse Review

Honestly, the service at this one was sub par. I kind of felt like our waiter forgot about us. Fully empty resturaunt and we are stuck in a tiny table with 5 people... #stupid.

The outlaw ribeye is one behemoth of a steak. Temperature was cooked at a perfect medium rare, as requested. This savory, fire-grilled bone-in cut was paired with asparagus and rice pilaf. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was attentive. Great experience.

Every bite of the baby back ribs was filled with deliciousness, too sad i couldnt take it home with me. It was that awesome.

I always forget to add a pic. Let me start by saying, hats off to the chef. Everything was amazing from start to finish. We started with the stuffed mushrooms, which need no introduction. The ticket, though, is the Napa Grilled Chicken. Oh. My. Wow. I am usually picky when it comes to others chicken breasts, however this had to be the most tender and juicy chicken breast I have ever tasted. The roasted tomatoes, artichoke hearts and, yep, mushrooms (what can I say, I'm a fan) was like a literal cherry on top. Though the room was a bit dim, it was cozy and family oriented, which I think helped to bring the laughs more easily. The waitress was really nice as well and the bartender makes a great mango margarita. From start to finish, great experience.

Service is fast and food is good. The staff is very friendly and they validate parking.

You know I rate Longhorns for consistency. And if they deliver the company's standard they get 4 stars. I can hardly imagine a 5 at Longhorns.
This isn't the high 4 though. Our waitress was given to many tables. She struggled but got it done.
They keep the property nice. The valet had disappeared so I had to self park.
But, You know the kitchen performed. It's better than 3.

Good food. Average prices. Ordered a wedge salad expecting a wedge of iceberg lettuce. Got a bunch if romaine.

I ORDERED A WHITE PEACH SANGRIA. SALUTES 2 DA BARTENDER. I ORDERED DA CHOPPED STEAK MEDIUM WIT CARMALIZED ONIONS,FRIED ONIONS,MUSHROOMS,GRAVY,
LOADED BAKED POTATO. MY AUNTIE HD A RENEGADE SIRLOIN MEDIUM WITH A LOADED BAKED POTATO. MY MOM HD DA SEASONED WANGS & SWEET POTATO. MY SON HD A STEAKHOUSE CHEESEBURGER & SWEET POTATO. DA FOOD & ATMOSPHERE WS SO ON POINT.

Food was ftesh and hot had to send a item back but was great when came back out

Horrible, it smelt like sour mop in the restaurant.

We love Long Horn's
They do seem busy but the food is worth the wait.
We will keep going to this location.

Great place. This was my first LongHorn experience, and I was told to order their porter house steak. It was worth every penny!

You'd think that the cooks would know how to cook a steak. I ordered medium and got medium-rare. Otherwise, the meal & drinks were good.

My daughter, who is 18, was happy that she was given a kids menu and instead of crayons, they give teddy grams! Haha!

They serve bread while we wait for our appetizer... which came quickly. The chili cheese fries was ok.

One of the steaks was overseasoned, so they replaced it. The manager was very kind and apologized personally. The food was really good!

The waiter was attentive to our needs.

Very good experience on Monday for lunch. Food was great!! My sister & I split a chicken sandwich & an appetizer. We were in a party of 8. Waiter said he was just getting started that day working here. He was 5 star all the way!!!! Great experience!

Looking forward to returning with my friends. It has a great interior. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.

That was the most amazing experience I've ever had at any LongHorn's anywhere and I used to work for a long horn so... It was amazing the server leave his name was Justin was on top of his game and the food was absolutely delicious I would go back to that location a million times

My husband & I have been attending the Piedmont location of LongHorn Steackhouse for years. You can pull in for something quick or have a full on sit down meal. Since attending LongHorn I've even gone from having my steak prepared well-done to medium well to just plan medium and enjoy it just as much!

This is one of my favorite casual steak restaurants and I have been coming to Longhorn for so long I actually have a denim shirt with a logo on it that I purchased in 96. yet I was very sorry to have received poor service from the bartender who was also attending tables as well as cold soup! I'm never coming back to this location again. The only good thing about this place is they validated my parking.

I have had the best ribeye steak I've ever had in my life here it was amazing cooked just right! Whoever the cook is great job!!

New year's this place ruined our experience. All 13 of us arrived on time and the host said we've been expecting you yet it took another 25 minutes to seat us...mind you the place was not packed. It's 8:45p @ this time and no one received appetizer until 9:25,only 2 ppl that is. About 9:40 they come out with one drydry hamburger and cold fries and another shrimp appetizer. At this time it's closely approaching 10pm and we didn't want to bring in the new year inside a restaurant so we asked for the mngr who looked deshevedis and out of it. He says our parties ticket were mistakenly put on hold so he's gonna do his best to get the meal out. It's almost 10:20 now..longer story shorter he comps whatever we did eat and gave a few of us gift cards .mind you our party hungry as you know what...mngt and staff weren't prepared yet on the way out a table of 8 pl WHO ARRIVED LONG AFTER US all has steak and shrimp and drinks..Go figure..this place will never get my business ever and I'm spreading the word on this lousy manager..

Original wait was twenty minutes instead proceeded to bar continued meal, ordered it was out very fast and was great customer service! Was expecting the worst on a Saturday night

We visit rhis location alot. Always good service and the food is always amazing. Usually order the filet or the parmesan crusted chicken. Always delicious.

We went to Longhorn for take out. The order was correct, and delivered when promised.

I was there with my grandparents and I was able to have the hugest steak I've ever had called the longhorn I believe it was cooked to perfection and then I was able to get french fries that's my side. Sweet tea was absolutely delicious but I believe the lava chocolate cake was honestly my second best part my server I forgot her name but she was very helpful and she did take good care of us thank you for making it a great experience before I leave for the Army

Prepare yourself to wait at least 2 hours for your !!!! Overall not a bad place!!!

This location has really gone downhill. We keep coming back every few months in hopes it ll be better, but it never is. It smells so bad, like dirty mop water. The staff feels unenthused to be there, and the service is spotty. The steaks, sides, and salads are good. Parking in the deck can be a pain, and expect to run into homeless folks asking for your leftovers or extra cash.

Long horn in Atlanta GA, our waiter and bartender, service was excellent. Great customer service. Also the food and drinks....right on time.

Service is very nice, fast and friendly. Food is good, tasty in a fare price. Unfortunately the women s restroom was very dirty, you should pay attention on it.

Always a touch pricey for me.. I wish I could go more often. Once you bite into a great steak, and have a delicious dessert. I don't think about reviewing, nor your budget.
