Longhorn Steakhouse Review

Almost every Longhorns that I've dined there is a string ammonia odor. I know it is the cleaning spray. That is why I have to limit my visits, it does not take away from the hot bread that is served.

Best steakhouse for families in the area. Steak was very tasty but a little low on seasoning. The Molten lava cake was delicious, and the staff was very nice. They validated parking at the garage behind the building.

The food was good and customer service was n point!

This place is terrible the wait time was over two hours no one came to check on us and then after requesting a manger he walked past my table four times. The waiter who brought our food out was very rude when we informed him that our order was wrong after waiting forever

Neighborhood Establishment...as always GREAT JOB!!!

The food was really good. Everyone in my party seemed to enjoy their meal. My food was fresh and tasty. Our server was helpful and focused. I wish she could have relaxed a little but she may have been new. Her name was Jardin or something like that. She got our orders right and listened intently. She delivered our meals efficiently and made sure to fill our glasses regularly. We never had to ask for her.

Made a reservation for 14 but still had to wait 45 min, how is that a reservation? Floors in bar and bathroom very sticky and gross. Four of the steaks ordered weren't cooked to proper temperature and one of the main dishes never came out at all. Staff was friendly food that arrived was good.

The meat was delicious, the service was very good, the place is nice to be with friends or family, I really liked the way they serve the sweet potato

I ordered take out online to be picked up at 5PM and when I arrived my order was being put together. I waited less than 10 minutes for my to-go order and the service was great.

Place smelled dirty from the time the door opened. Service and food was average

I ve been twice the first time my steak was like rubber and the second time it was good. I guess it depends on the day, time and cook. It s an average experience and the service is pretty average as well. You can still enjoy your meal, but you will have to put forth extra effort because they ll be neglectful. I had to stress everything I wanted.

Very nice spot. Food was amazing and the staff were super nice. They also validate parking so that's a plus also.

The food was good, the service was good. There was a smell in the restaurant that I didn't care for, if that wasn't there 5 stars. *Note all Longhorns are not created equal. This is in Lindberg station. You can park in the garage you don't have to valet, they validate.

The service and food was excellent!! Your parking is even validated!

Walked in, no one greeted me. Waited about 5 minutes and no one seemed to care. One employee walked past me and did not even noticed me.
I left the place and went somewhere else. I have been to other LongHorn restaurants back in Arizona, has been great.

Short staffed.to many panhandlers in area
Looking to start trouble.waited for a togo order. Almost 1 hr.

We had a 15ppl party and waited for 1hr and 30mins hated it we walked out.We recomend go to Chillies across better everything.

Sat night. Arrived at 9:45 so it was after the dinner rush. Seated in minutes. Then the wait started. Took 10 minutes to get a waiter. Ordered entrees, one beer and waters at that time so we wouldn't have to wait on the meal. Got bread and waters about 5 minutes later. No beer. No waiter. 10 minutes later waived him down and asked for more waters and the beer. Soup came out on time. Then waited and waited and waited for our steaks. At 10:30 I told the waiter we were getting frustrated and were very hungry and we needed Something to eat. Soup. Appetizers. Anything. He brought out salads and said Sorry about the wait but they had 2 big parties earlier. One of those parties already had their checks and were arguing with the staff about wrong items on the bill. Nothing to do with our steaks at this point. At 10:45 I told the waiter We've been here 1 hour based on my parking pass. Got our steaks 15 minutes later. Heard him tell the table next to us they were out of potatoes... and sorry about the wait... and he'd have a manger come over. Steaks were ok but Very fatty. Wrong potato toppings on one order. Forgot sides on another. Finally got 2nd beer after food was almost done. There were only 5 tables of people left when we finished. If this was my first time to a Longhorns it would have been my last. I was just the staff... or lack thereof it this location.

One of the best beef burger with mushrooms I've ever tried.

Ordered a steakhouse bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. Service was okay, I left satisfied.

Good selection of cuts, cooked to order. Some nice sides, nothing amazing. Nice atmosphere, not too bright but good lighting over tables. Average selection of drinks.

Food and atmosphere was good however the waiter forgot about us at some point. I had already paid for the food and was waiting on the receipt which took forever to receive

I called longhorn steakhouse otw to see a concert But they put me on hold for 20 minutes 4 different times! we were going to order two filet minion s but they lost our business we will be eating dinner elsewhere! That is just absolutely unacceptable! Poor customer service!

My steaks are always great and any issues that I have the manager is more than willing to go above and beyond to fix!!

Hostess was taking too long for the food and didn't if we were ok

A pleasant surprise during a long layover. Our server was very helpful and always had a smile. Food was very good.

The food was very good but the was it to get seated was horrible at three pm on a Sunday. Apparently short staffed, no one to bus tables. The wait staff was polite but disinterested. We were offered water, tea or Coke products (do they not offer alcohol anymore?) They also didn't offer a starter but did ask if we wanted dessert. What is going on with chain restaurants in Atlanta?

This place is so so so SLOW!!! Both times i have been at this location the service is so slow but great food and very friendly.

Typical Longhorn restaurant. Good steaks at an affordable price. You don't know what you're missing until you try a 5 star steak place.

I have not been to Chili's in years due to unpleasant experiences. Boy have they changed! Disappointed that the awesome blossom is gone, but, my meal was great! I had the smokehouse dinner with dry rubbed ribs and a bone in chicken breast. Both were outstanding! The meal also came with roasted corn on the cob, delicious! Fries, garlic pickles, and garlic bread. I'll definitely be back!

We have dine at this location several times and it has always been a delight. Our meals were awesome and so was our waitress (Eternity).

The food is what you would expect. The place is noisy.

Tasty food for a good price. Awesome server and socially responsible environment.

I got a salad didn't have enough tomatoes. And wrong dressing But the waiter. Saw that and on her own decision came back with another salad with extra tomatoes and a small cup of tomatoes to go along the side And also came with the correct dressing And more fresh bread. This locations staff will go the distance. And out of their way to make sure the customers are happy.

The food was great. The service was okay...waited awhile just to get some bread before our meal but the food was excellent.

Might be a chain but still the best Mac and Cheese in town.

Have never come to a Longhorn for lunch before today. Slightly smaller menu, but quieter than night times, but still the same tasty renegade sirloin. Had some reservations about sitting down with a short period of time before I had to be at work but service was fast and had plenty of time to spare. Parking garage is my only issue as it ads an extra step to the dining experience.

We ate here twice in 3 days. Our waiter of. the first visit was great. He did bring my wife's salad to her with cheese on it although she asked for no cheese. We ordered the Porterhouse for 2 and it was delicious.

We took friends on our 2nd visit. We had a party of 6 that included a 5 year old and a person I a wheelchair. Again, service from our waitress was good. It was a little fast though. We got our appetizers and immediately had our sales brought out. Before our salads were half eaten we got out main course. Slow down, let us enjoy our food.

The real reason. for this review though is because of the lady at the front. She is horrible. Worthless. On both visits, she did not smile when greeting us. She did not appear to lime her job. She was confused on where to seat us. On the 1st visit, 3 waitstaff told her where to put us and she seamed very confused. O. the 2nd viait, I came early. I explained we needed a table for 6 and we had a wheelchair. This idiot tried putting us up again st another table of 6, at the end of the booths, without enough room for 2 parties to sit back to back. It would have been impossible for our party to sit in that position. She gave us a rude look when we asked for a different table so we decided to move ourselves and we selected and seated ourselves.

The greeter was quick to help others but I felt our party, with a handicapped war veteran, was discriminated against based off of her actions. She seamed cold, heartless and was quick to help and respond other parties that looked like her. NEVER EVER EVER WILL I CO.E TO THIS RESTAURANT NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT. Not because of the food or waitstaff, but because of the easiest position. to fill, the GREETER.

Great place for steak lovers! it's definitely not cheap ($70-100 for dinner for two), but I liked the experience.

No bread was offered to me..but the same waiter offered bread to the other tables he was working. The waiter never brought out the tea I ordered but he checked on other tables several times while bypassing me...I will simply stop coming here to spend my hard earned money. I even overlooked that the place smells just like the shoes/boots they have on display and the strand of hair that covered my expensive steak. Humans work there so I guess hair happens and the smell may just be bleach used for cleaning but there is no excuse for such mediocre service.
