For internet in the country, it s about as fast as riding a tortoise to go from Eau Claire to Minneapolis.
It wouldn t be as bad if the customer service was even a viable source of help. All in all, this is all that is here until someone else competes here
They can be rude and dismissive and are a poorly run monopoly
Their DSL internet is faster than dish received services, and does not have limits. The application form pricing is deceptive. The price published on the application does not include phone cost, which adds $25 to the bill. It would be more honest to tell the full costs. Be aware if you are price shopping.
The service did not work for the first 3 days, but the service tech was competent and very helpful.
Giga max service is 3 or more months out due to a backlog of orders, so that wasn t an option.
Ok, if you need Internet or telephone this is your only choice in the area. Not the best price. But you don't have any choices if you live in this area.
Poor service. Tons of dropped service, Overpriced, and about as speedy as dial up service. They know we have no other real good options.
Incredibly slow. I am paying for a service that was advertised but they have failed to deliver any type of high speed internet. This is dial up at best for just under $100.00 a month. I welcome Comcast, CenturyLink, AT&T to our area.
