Great place to go visit. Staff was a bit overly strict in gift shop with kids. I understand their concern, but put a little damper on the trip. Small place, not a full day trip. Many other adventures they run are very expense but seem interesting. Wish we had more time watching the turtles. I was there with a field trip group.

A must visit place when in the area. Make a voluntary suggested $5 donation per person on the way in. Don't worry about parking if the main lots are filled because the overflow lots are not very far away.

This place is amazing! What an excellent facility and a wonderful mission! There are volunteers everywhere to explain how the turtles got there and any other info they know about them.
There is also a great little gift shop with a ton of products to help you live a greener, more waste-free lifestyle. I would have bought so much more if I could have fit it all in my luggage.
I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area; it's an incredible location!

Went here with my grandchild. It was a great place to take a 4 year old. She loved seeing all the turtles. Very educational. They do not charge and accept donations for what they are doing to help the turtles in South Florida.

No matter how many times we visit LMC, we always enjoy ourselves. There are always new turtles to see and we love how each has their story on plaques near their tanks. The volunteers/staff are always very friendly and welcoming, and the gift shop is any turtle-lover's DREAM! Please remember to make a donation when you visit. Entrance is free but these people couldn't do the great work they do without the financial support of visitors.

Kid friendly and kind staff made for another awesome adventure at this small but fun venue.

Worth visiting at least once while in South Florida. We support their cause to help the environment and save the turtles!

What a wonderful and informative FREE (donations accepted) outing for families when visiting West Palm Beach! Small layout for those with little ones, but not small in what they can see and learn about. Beach right across the street as well as a playground nearby.

Interesting and educational. Learn about Sea Turtles and how these great folks rescue and nurse them back to health! Stop using plastics people - as this is what ails these magnificent creatures 85% of the time, they eat it thinking its food! Then they get digestive failure..it's sad but we can turn that around. They have releases all the time of the healthy ones, you csm attend those- a great place under a huge expansion, across from beautiful Juno Beach in Jupiter.

Incredibly friendly staff, lots of educational opportunities, plenty of sea turtles. It's always nice to see an organization dedicated to wildlife conservation. The Jr vet program was fun for my family too!

This is a must see every time we travel to visit our relatives in the area. They're in the process of expanding but it's still well worth it, even now. It's donation based entry and working in a nonprofit myself, I understand how important it is to support causes that mean something to me. Staff are not only friendly and professional but also knowledgeable about their patients. You only need a couple hours at most if you want to read about each turtle, talk with staff, explore, and shop. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to express my appreciation and gratitude for the work being carried out at the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. For a number of years, we've been coming up from Miami as a family to enjoy the center as visitors. This year, we enrolled my daughter in the summer camp program offered thru the center and made it our family vacation. I cannot say enough about how much my daughter has enjoyed the experience. She s learned so much and has had a lot fun doing it. The counselors and staff have made a great impression on her and on us as a family and reflect a culture of thoughtful conservation and awareness that is important in our communities. We thank you and plan to continue visiting and supporting the center and it s programs for years to come.

The turtles that are there in recovery are accessible to view up close so that's a fun experience. The show room is not very big but it has some good displays and information. When we visited they had just gotten a "batch" of hatchlings in that had not made it to the ocean so they were being checked up by the vet and could be seen from the window. Every turtle had its profile on display showing why it was there and what was wrong with it. The souvenir shop has lots of cool things for all ages and in various price ranges. It's not an all-day activity but definitely worth a visit!

What a great place to visit. Quite a few sea turtles in big "recovery tanks" trying to regain their health after being rescued from dire circumstances. Lots of sea turtle information and staff and volunteers providing information. Scheduled programs and tours occur throughout the day.

Great little place with lots of information on the beautiful Sea turtles. Very informative, the lady doing the Turtle Talk was super friendly, funny and willing to answer any questions. I think it s so wonderful the work they do in rescuing, researching and rehabilitating these wonderful creatures. Let s all work together to save the turtles and all the other marine life by picking up our trash, cutting down on plastic, not disturbing nests or turtles on the beaches. The Hulk was in seriously bad condition from a boat that severely damaged his shell, when we saw him he was bandaged up and getting blood drawn, he couldn t even be put in water because he isn t strong enough yet would drown. So thankful for Loggerhead Marinelife Center for doing everything they can to save this guy and all the others. I highly recommend stopping here and learning about the turtles and donating whatever you can so they can continue doing this work.

The Loggerhead Marine Life Center is a fantastic facility with fantastic staff. All workers and volunteers are very knowledgeable and are all willing to talk to you about the turtles. There's also a nice mini-museum, guided tours at certain times, and a gift shop. I believe all proceeds go towards helping the turtles under their care.

Very informative and fun to see/hear about their patients from all over the country. Cool merchandise too! I do wish they had a bit more interactives, but they do offer various opportunities/experiences if you're local and can be around when they happen.

Amazing organization that helps protect and clean up our local beaches and turtle habitats. They take in and rehabilitate injured turtles. Schools come to learn more about turtles and keeping the beaches clean. Once a month they host a beach clean up that usually has a good turn out. Really fun way to help clean up our local beaches and have fun with your kids. They provide a tasty breakfast after.
Please remember to leave a donation for coming in to see the turtle hospital and education center. Even if I have $2 I will make sure to leave something. The gift shop is great but overpriced as most gift shops tend to be.
Behind the turtle center is a fun little park and shaded picnic areas.

A great place ro teach little ones the importance of protecting our oceans. The center hosts a variety of sea turtles in different stages of healing- many of tgem initially hurt by pollution. Once a month the cwnter hosts a beach cleanup where one can join in on cleaning the nearby beach to help ensure a safer environment for these beautiful creatures.
