Great experience seeing turtles being nurtured back to good health! Employees very knowledgeable about information and willing to engage and answer questions. Great thing to do with family.

Great time if you've got 30 minutes to look around. Not many educational exhibits, but the ones they have are interesting. Spent about the same amount time in the gift shop as I did looking at turtles.

Came here for a fund-raiser. It was night and people were dancing. Just lovely. All the tanks lite up. Then a few weeks later, my son and I brought his babies here to see the turtles. They thought it was super cool. And they loved the gift section. Had a hard time not buying everything :)

Great

The volunteers were knowledgeable, it was cool to be able to see the turtles they are helping. Gift shop was good, good range of products and price points. Wish they sold postcards and inexpensive ponchos. Can't wait until they finish their expansion

Shared this place with my fiance yesterday and as a first time he loved it! I've been coming here since I was a kid and it was this small, dark and kinda dingey place. Afyer the hurricane wiped it out and rebuilt, it is an amazing place to learn how you can do your part to protect sea turtles and the environment. The volunteers and staff are truly great assets to the area.

I have visited this place many, many times over the past few years and every time afterwards I was just as equally happy and satisfied with the staff and customer service as well with they roll in protecting and conservation of sea turtles. They are still one of mine most favorite places to visit. Location is very clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, there is a quite few exhibits, bathrooms are spacious and clean but the most important part is that you get to see the turtles and learn about them - from hatchlings to full grown! I would also like to mention that entry is free but donations are welcome as they go towards the conservation program. Also, they have a gift shop and a lots of parking too. Love it!

It is a great place to visit and what they are doing there is really wonderful.i support there effort to save these turtles!
However the stuff they sell in the gift shop is buyer beware. We purchased jewelry and some other merchandise and we didn't even get home before it broke. For the price they charge you would expect better!!!!

Great place to visit with your kids if you're in the area. It is free. I would recommend parking on the beach side of the establishment because there's more parking. you can then walk over and visit the beach while you're parked at the same location. It doesn't take that long to see everything that they have there but it's still worth dropping in for.

Amazing and free. They do request donations, but aren't pushy about it at all. Once you see the great work they do, you won't even question a donation. Fantastic cause, keep up the good work. We'll be back.

In love, open to the public, they even have release days you can go see them release the beautiful sea turtles out to the ocean again! And everything is donation base besides the gift shop. Check this place out if you love turtles.

The volunteers are friendly and very knowledgeable. They seem to genuinely care about the turtles. They have a variety of turtles in rehab, and are happy to talk to you about the individual story of each turtle. The gift shop has a ton of trinkets and t-shirts.
They suggest a $5 donation, we gave much more.

I absolutely love this place. I come here with my wife and our, now, one year old. We have adopted a turtle here once, about a year ago (Harold). It is so rewarding to see all of these turtles released once healthy on their social media. Such a great time here, and an even better cause!

Fantastic place to stop by and see how the loggerhead turtles are rehabilitated and returning to the ocean. One display in individual tanks are turtles with different problems and volunteers to explain each turtle. Fantastic place to volunteer.

Wonderful quick kids stop. Mixed feelings about seeing do many hurt turtles (lots to see; sad there is a constant intake from boats and nuke power plant). Friendly staff and volunteers. Snack bar, gift shop, small displays inside.

Kids have extra energy? Check out the playground in the park behind it too.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The work they do rescuing and saving the sea turtles is amazing! The volunteers are very friendly and there is a plaque by each of the tanks telling you all about the history of the turtle. They have a wonderful gift shop with lots of different quality options. Save your souvenir money for this shop to help the sea turtles! God Bless You for this truly life saving work you do! My favorite place to visit every year!

Nice excursion for the whole family. You can see the turtles well and get information about each turtle (which causes injuries, etc etc). It does not cost entry, but you can leave a donation at the entrance. There is a info area, aquariums and a souvenir shop ... only BUT: a lot of turtles we also other sea dwellers die or lurch through plastic articles. I would find it more consistent and worth considering in the adjoining souvenir shop for exactly this reason no plastic products for sale.

This a wonderful organization that takes care of injured marine life -- primarily sea turtles -- all from local donations of money and time. There is a hospital on site to repair cracked shells and remove plastic and fishing lines from injured animals. Also they protect sea turtle nests from lights and thieves. The museum displays various recovered shells and products made from turtles' shells that they are trying to stop. A museum shop has all kinds of nifty turtle and beach-themed items you can buy to support their work. You can observe turtles in tanks currently under care before being returned back to the ocean. A release is a special and joyful experience to attend!

Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a wonderful facility dedicated to the health, protection and education of sea turtles. The exhibit hall is full of interesting information, the sea turtle area has a variety of sea turtles who are currently being cared for due to a variety of illnesses and/ or boat strikes/ predator bites. Education docents are exclusively volunteers who are there to answer all questions. Plan to spend at least 2 hours and ask lots of questions. There is also a beautiful gift shop and a little cafe to get ice-cream or a cool drink. You will leave with a great appreciation of sea turtles.
