I will never buy any Kiss products again until they return the adhesive french tape nails that they used to have back to the shelves. I tried 3 different kinds of nails from kiss that are available, they all look like glued fake nails, big air spots, funky fit, none of them came close to the picture and I'm pretty savvy with my nails. So, until I see my sticker french nail tips back on the shelf, I shall waste no more money on Kiss French Nails. I wouldn't buy this product if I were you, waste of hard earned money.
On the flip side and because I believe in being fair. They get a high mark for answering their 800 customer service line. The agent did listen to me and they are going to see what they can find similar and send me some since they can't refund money. I have to bring it back where I purchased it for a refund. So, they did try to help but had no answer as to why they would take the most basic every day nail off the shelf and not sell them anymore. The only thing I can think of is it's because they are too inexpensive compared to what they have now. So sad and greedy!
I love your nails and buy and use them in Edinburgh in Scotland. They are the best full cover nails on sale. However, is there any way we can buy them in individual sizes? I only use 4 of the sizes so end up with lots of unused, unsuitable ones so I would find it really helpful to buys packs of 50 of one size. Is this a possibility or is there anywhere in the UK or USA where I could order them in this way? If you don't do it could you please consider doing it please? Thank you
Very unhappy with the recent glue containers and also missing nails in pack. I have been using Kiss nails for over 5 years constantly and always have loved them, but my last 3-4 packs have been missing nails and the tubes that the glue comes in are damaged and leak glue everywhere and sometimes already dried up. I spend way too much on these nails, for them not to be right and consistent. On top of that, I can't get a refund from the store on something that's already glued to my fingers. Please, fix the issues .
The site is useless, you can't complete a comment, complaint or compliment. I bought an LED Nail Lamp and it doesn't work, and trying to find adequate contact information in order to send it back is impossible.
I have been using these products for about 5 years-however I'm disappointed in my recent purchase of powerflex max speed nail glue. I buy the active nails and this glue. I have never had any problems-until now.This glue,for some reason will not hold my nails. I had to throw 4 bottles away because it was of no use to me.I will be looking for a new product.
I but bought two of the kiss, French tip nail. I knew there was gonna be a problem the minute I opened the glue. It was sticky and gloppy. O bairley had enough glue to finish both hands. Feel off by the end of the day. My misfortune thought I just had a bad one so bought another.... Same thing!! . Money wasted. I normally buse Revlon, going back to them
got a sheet face mask from them but the bag was all juice and no sheet mask
I seldom take time to write a review for anything, but I have been using your nails and glue for a very long time and now I need to go out and find new glue!!! My nails stay on for about 2-3 days and pop off! It has happened so many times at the wrong place and wrong time! I bought new glue (Kiss) thinking maybe I had a bad one, but it's the same. I have used the same Active Oval for at least 15 years and maybe longer. And now this???? Please go back to the glue you had for years that worked fine.
Not worth the time or money, the attachments make the unit functional however if an attachment breaks or needs replacement KISS does not sell nor replace those items so I recommend buying a more expensive reputable brand that provides a more customer centered product support model
I bought a pair of French manicure acrylic glue on nails and when I tried to get the glue out of the bottle it came in, it wouldn t work. I then tried cutting the top of the bottle and still nothing came out. I cut down the middle of the nail glue bottle and I ended up seeing that the nail glue was completely dried out and as hard as a rock. I was very disappointed considering the fact that I usually have no complaints with this brand. Currently I feel like buying this product was a complete waste of money and it was a huge disappointment.
Another problem I am having with the glue on nails is the amount of air bubbles there are. I am very careful when it comes to gluing on my nails and I am hating the way they are are coming out.
I have been a loyal customer for a while now. I use a lot of this brands hair products and they are amazing. Just wish you guys will focus on your nail product problems.
I have the nail glue all over my hands it is cracking my skin open and I have called 5 times and no one has answered
I bought a pair of nails and I put them on and in the next 3 days I lost 5 nails. And I called the company and complained. They sent 2 new pairs and I put them away for a week. NEVER EVEN TOUCHED THEM. Just got them out and the package was opened missing 3 nails and the prep pad. So I cleaned my nails with nail polish remover and put them on. I lost 5 nails in 2 hours. Just wait till I call them
I have bought kiss nails for a long time and lately they seem to split and break a lot easier than they did. I did wear them for a couple weeks before having to change them. But now every other day or so I have to replace one or two because of them breaking. Did you change the formula of making them? I may have to try something else so please try to improve them please.
I am in my 50's and I have never worn paste on nails! My 21 yr. old daughter started buying the Gel Fantasy Nails from Walmart in Toronto, Canada. After several months of using these nails, she gave me the leftovers. One day I got tired of collecting the boxes, so I put them on!
The first day I put them on, the woman at the bank commented on how much she liked the colour!
Four weeks later, I put on the iridescent purple ones and it's amazing how many people like the colour and have asked me about them! Everyone is surprised and impressed when I tell them they are paste ons!

I've been buying and wearing the Broadway nails for years (like 30 years) and people compliment me all the time on how good my nails look. PLEASE do not stop making/selling the Broadway brand especially the natural deceptions and natural illusions - they aren't as thick as the KISS brand and look so much more natural with the natural moon and blended french.... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't stop making and selling them!!!!
love the Nails but the glue is terrible. I have to keep buying without ever using up the one where, even though I wipe the spout off it leaks out and I can't get the top off without the whole spout coming out. With no other way to use it, it sets and gets hard. They need to put the spout on so it doesn't come off and then figure a way for the glue to not leak out and stick the cap to it permanently.
The Everlasting Nails are wonderful. They feel and look completely natural. I can't imagine paying a salon when you can do them yourself. I bought the French manicure and love them. I have only one complaint. The nail bed part of the French manicure is too short. The longest they come in is medium. My nail beds grow to the end of my finger, so even the medium length is too short for my nails to look 100% real. If Kiss could add even 1/8 inch extra nail bed they would be perfect. Other than this, I love them. I hope Kiss reads their reviews and makes a longer nail bed for the French manicure everlasting nails.

Very very incompetent service! Wrote an email, didnt get an answer back, write on FB Messenger, this people told me to contact Kiss USA by email and I told them that I did it. A day later I write again that Kiss didnt give an answer and they told me again to contact them by Email. I said that I did it and than they write okay we will be in touch. That was tuesday. Now they didnt write back, they didnt try to solve the problem and the communication is sooooo Bad!!! I never see before such a bad communication with a campaign !!!
The nails, I bought than by another only shop werent good quality! I lost 3 in one Night with the hard fast glue(I took many gluee!)
They also broken! I don't want to give a Star for this Product and for Customer Service but I have to !

i was kind of upset i got the impress nails awhile back for somebody's wedding and really liked them but recently i got them again for prom and half the nails fell off before i even got there and i put them on that morning and they were on correctly and it says it last up to a week if properly applied which they were -.- i'm beyond frustrated and will probably never buy this product again
I've used the acrylic set multiple times and love it, once i bought a fresh kit but the monamor was open. They replaced it with a new set and extra set which was really nice since it took a while to get here. If you need something quick and worth it definitely try it this.
