Amazing sanctuary and rehab for these wonderful creatures
A great job is being done here. Many, mostly voluntary, helpers take care of injured turtles.
Interesting exhibition and access to the care ward. The helpers look forward to questions and provide competent answers.
There is no entry fee, but you are happy to receive a donation ($ 5 per person is certainly appropriate).
It's worth it!
Awesome educational experience if you pay for a tour. Gift shop has some bargains if you look.
These people are SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! This place is amazing, and very kid friendly! It's free, they just ask for a donation- which is more than fair, considering what they are accomplishing there. I highly recommend you go during a tour, it's worth it! You get an in depth explanation of everything they are doing, and a rundown on the turtles in residence.
Also, the gift shop is friggin' adorable!
About the best place in the WORLD TO VISIT..TAKE THE TIME AND VISIT..AMAZING.
Sea Turtle rescue!! Its educational & lots of turtles.
A working hospital devoted to saving areas turtles and educating the public about these gorgeous creatures.
Discovered by accident! Could be one of the recovered find sea turtles when releasing - what an experience! Thanks that you exist !
What an awesome experience.. we've been there 4 times
Loved this place! The volunteer staffers are very knowledgeable. We were happy to make a donation to this worthy cause. Keep up the good work!
Much bigger and better than I imagined. Lots of information on sea turtles, the ocean and how we can help. Good place for families. There are kids programs available. Nice gift shop. Seeing the turtles in their rehab tanks is amazing. Every so often a sea turtle is released back into the ocean at the beach across the street. Get there early! Hundreds of people show up to watch this moving spectacle. I have witnessed two released and each one brings tears of joy to my eyes . Wonderful place. A must see in Palm Beach.
My 18 month old daughter LOVED Loggerhead. I have been coming for years. Love love love
A great place to take the kids for 30 minutes and let them see the turtles. The volunteers are very friendly. There s no fee, but donate a few bucks if you can. Buy an ice cream for the kids and there s a playground next to it, also the beach is across the street!
Awesome sea turtle hospital with interesting exhibits on oceanic conservation. Free admission but given how awesome their mission is you'll want to leave a donation. At the time I visited there were plenty of sea turtles to see.
This center takes care of wounded sea turtles. They taught us about the different types of sea turtles and we saw how they take care of them.
So awesome to see these amazing people and how they help sea turtles! The gift shop has so much variety and the events they throw are so cool! Definitely a must see!
Totally love this place for a chance to observe loggerhead turtles so close.
Great little tour and briefing about sea turtles. Turtle rescue and hospital. Make night time reservation to hopefully witness a turtle coming ashore, digging a whole and dropping nearly 100 eggs which will hatch and with much luck return to the same spot to drop eggs and future hatchlings. Awesome experience.
Extra bonus for daytime visit. Right across the street from the ocean for a great water swim or snooze on the beach!
Loved this place. They have a great gift shop. Its free to get in,but they do have a donation jar.
So interesting. What a wonderful thing they are doing here, rescuing and rehabilitating loggerhead turtles.
Very educational. Fun place for children. Good people fighting for our oceans and aquatic wildlife.
Wonderful place for turtle rehab. This place is a great place to bring the family. Spend the day and enjoy Loggerhead Park for a picnic, playground, hikes and beach access.
Wonderful, heartwarming place. You get to see the turtles in their recuperation tanks while we learn about the effects of human trash in their environment. It's a great educational, free experience.
Make sure to stop at the gift shop and "adopt/sponsor" one of the turtles. Sign up for their emails. When the turtles are well enough, they are returned to the ocean and that is quite the experience. It's a must in anyone''s bucket list.
Such an amazing place! Definitely worth visiting! Very educational, you will learn a lot about sea turtles and all the threats they face.
Love this place. So lucky to have this here in Jupiter.
They are doing a great job over there with the rescue and releasing also with informing the public about what they do and how they treat the issues when the turtles come in.
This is a great place to spend an hour or so. Your time there will be informative and educational. It is kid friendly. They do amazing work here so donate!
This is an awsome place for children as well.as adults
Very nice place! Went there with our children (9 & 11 years). We all enjoyed it!
Very nice place. Worth going to even if it s just for a little bit to support their cause.
There is nothing compariable to being able to witness a Loggerhead turtle nesting. Make sure to take the effort and sign up for the Night time Turtle walk. Within 15 minutes of our presentation a loggerhead turtle was sighted on the beach. We were led down to the beach, and paused at the steps as the full moon glowed red on the horizon . Our guide explained fully about what we were going to view. It was a quite, moving experience. Well worth the effort to sign up.
Wonderful staff. Has an animal hospital right here to care for the injured turtles and prepare for release when able. Ask do they have an upcoming scheduled release so you can come and watch.
I'm back in Colorado again, but one of my favorite life experiences was volunteering here for 9 months!
They're doing great work rescuing, developing a treatment plan, healing and releasing sea turtles!
Can't go wrong with an educational trip to the Loggerhead Marine Life center
Lovely shop and opportunity to see incredible turtles up close as they recover from various injuries.
Great place for information regarding all sea life, especially the sea turtles (loggerhead and green, specifically). The feeding time is a great time to go- it's free and a guide walks you through the various oceanic zones of aquatic life.
In the back are dozens of adorable baby sea turtles (during summer hatching season) as well as various adult turtles they are rehabilitating.
Great for the family or solo adult!
A fun place to bring your family too. I love the fishes and the sea turtles ( which were rescued)
Great! Educational -- an hour or less -- you can adopt a turtle!
Wonderful folks dedicated to wild life and ecosystem conservation
This place is a must-see if you are visiting Jupiter! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their "patients." It is amazing to be able to see these beautiful sea turtles up close. Be sure to leave a nice donation at the door! :)
Annual traditions. I have been houng here for many years. Fabulous and knowledgeable staff
Love everything about this place! It's a wonderful place to take the family and learn about Sea turtles, and what to do if they are in distress.
Excellent information on all sea turtles and other marine life. Excellent place for children of all ages. My granddaughter is going to a junior marine biology camp there right now and she is loving it. They had the pleasure of being a party to the release of two sea turtles today at the beach. Highly recommend this place.
Learn about the sea turtles of the world. See rescued turtles as the are rehabbed to be released. Beautiful facility.
Great info. Turtle hospital with patients on vue. Interesting.
If you go to the beach you can visit the turtles they rescued and appreciate the work that is done in this institute
IT'S PARADISE. IT'S THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND WELL-MAINTAINED THING I HAVE KNOWN AS A SUMMER ENTERTAINMENT PLACE.
Fun little place to visit and see the sea turtles. Great staff as well
Really small but we got to see some turtles. Absolutely beautiful town.
Great place to learn about turtles and what needs to be done to protect them.
Beautiful animals that are well taken care of. Great facility with helpful staff.
Turtles found injured or sick in the wild are brought here to receive medical attention. They are kept in open-top holding tanks that have viewing windows on the sides while they are treated for injuries and infections. When the turtles have returned to full health they are released back into the wild.
This facility offers an opportunity for the public to observe turtles of many species close up and to learn more about them. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to pass on information about these fascinating creatures. There is an adjoined education center and giftshop.
The centre also is involved in conservation, ensuring the security of spawning turtles and their eggs at nearby Juno Beach and in operating the Juno Beach Pier. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is agreat place to observe and learn more about wild turtles. I highly recommend a visit. Admission is by donation.
This is one of my favorite places to visit on the Treasure Coast! I am always thrilled to see the work they are doing for our sea turtle friends. Awesome staff and volunteers.
I went here for turtle fest 2018. The staff and volunteers here are extremely passionate at what they do. It was a neat festival and the setup was good. Besides the turtle section, this place had food trucks and more to entertain us.
Great place, especially if you have youngsters with you. Lots of turtles being cared for.
However they are missing a lot of their marine life because they're doing renovation
The tour guide was very low-energy, but overall, this is a really nice place for families to visit. The cause is worthy of your money and time.
Fun for business too. Get a membership and bring clients here too casually develop your business relationship. Or just use it to clear your mind , it's turtles and Sea Air!
Love this place! Great volunteers who are knowledgeable & informative, we live nearby & visit regularly. Their offer several greatprograms for kids and adults, a genuine treasure!
Cute turtles and other fish. Great organization doing good for the turtles
This place is amazing. These people work very hard to save and rehabilitate turtles. I highly recommend this place.
Really interesting to see the turtles up close. Many tanks and a host of ailments being treated. Family friendly activity with many learning opportunities. Donations of $5 asked for admission. It s a lovely way to spend an hour or two.
Best attraction in the area and the money raised goes toward saving turtles. My kids love this place! They are expanding, which is very exciting and the expansion should be done Spring 2021.
Facility is amazing. No fee for entry but please donate! The turtles on display all have a story. The gift shop is awesome. You will feel so happy after seeing these beautiful creatures.
Excellent facility that cares for wounded and sick Turtles.
Excellent informative staff
This place is great, very knowledgable staff of volunteers. Everyone is super friendly. They had a lot of turtles to look at, what we loved the most was that it is also built next to the beach so when we were done with our tour we walked over and played in the ocean. It is also free.
