Amazing food! Amazing Margaritas! Amazing Everything!

Food and service were decent, but the food was WAY overpriced

We will not be back here. The only thing good about this place is the bacon wrapped shrimp. The service is terrible. The salsa was terrible. The rest of the food was terrible. We waited on refills the entire time and the waitress was rude.

The 5lb Chihuahua was life changing. Bull riding was a blast

We've eaten here several times, but tonight was lacking. The salsa they bring out with the chips was wimpy , not much flavor. The margaritas were too sweet, but the nachos we ordered were tasty. Service was very good.

Great restaurant, ate on balcony and enjoyed atmosphere and food was excellant, manager is awesome as well. Will definately eat and relax on top deck with live music next visit to Gatlinburg.

Great service, drinks, food and even had a photographer take great pictures of me and my husband! Definitely recommend.

Great place... food is delicious, staff is very friendly & helpful creating a terrific environment. Live music added to a,good experience. And dining on the roof, taking in the beauty of the area from that perspective was spectacular.

Great chips and salsa. Horrible music! Steak in fajitas is chewy. Chicken and shrimp are good. Had a waiter with a northern accent and unfriendly tone..whyyyyyyyyyy

My family and I stopped here for dinner during our vacation and let me tell you, this place.. WAS AMAZING. The service was quick and the decor is fun and hilarious. Our food came out quick and was absolutely delicious. I recommend this place to anyone! It is a must go to if your in the area!

We went to the rooftop at around 9 o'clock during the week, and we received the most poor service possible. We didn't receive our drinks until they were almost closed at 10, and could tell the waitress just wanted us out of there!

Very busy weekend to be in Gatlinburg. Got a seat at the bar(stools are hard fyi). Barkeep was our host/server/ and very busy. Free chips and salsa, food is abundant and very tasty.

Food is ok only. Good location and ambience. But the service is horrible.

Really good food. Our waiter was awesome even the little waiter that was training was really sweet. The only thing I didn't like is I wanted 2 shirts and one of the ones I wanted didn't have my size but other then that awesome place and fun atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere! Rooftop setting is a must! We shared the nachos with steak, and topped it off with a Margarita.

The food and service was great. The wait time was a little long, but really it should be expected for any restaurant in that area.

This place is really good. We went twice in a week that we stayed in Pigeon Forge. We asked be seated at the roof floor, not only the food is delicious but the view of Gatlinburg is amazing. We tasted different dishes both time and all of them were excellent. Tortillas chips and salsas dip are irresistibles

We went for dinner during our visit to Gatlinburg. The service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. They customized the food to vegetarian per our request. Food was good and tasty, not extraordinary though. Liked the ambience too. The habanero sauce was too good. The spice level was on the mark.

The star I am giving is for the way they cooked the "carne asada" which it was not really carne asada. Carne asada is a flank stake not medallions however they were cook perfectly and seasoned well. The rest of the food was horrible. No flavor!

Took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table. Chips were stale. The salsa had a chemical taste. We couldn't eat it, but rarely saw our waiter so never said anything. The food was excellent once we got it. May have just been an off day for the the rest. We've eaten here in the past and had a great experience.

Automatically charge gratuity for sub par meal, drinks in kids glasses and overpriced. Service is usually great but today it was the worst. Every item ordered was messed up in some way. Won't be back unless it changes.

My family had at terrible experience at LocoBurro tonight in Gatlinburg. We ordered chicken fajita and the El Pollo. It was the driest chicken we had every tasted or seen. When I informed our server, Cristian, he acted like he could care less and didn t even attempt to fix it. We picked this place over No Way Jose s and we definitely regret it. We will never make that mistake again!!

Great food. A little slow. Overall a good experience.

We sat on the patio and had a wonderful view of the city along with live music. I ordered the vegetable fajitas and they were the best fajitas I ever had and a huge portion of food. The rice was not vegan, but they were vegan knowledgeable and I had a double portion of the black beans instead.

Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina, is the best Mexican restaurant in Gatlinburg.
They have the best fresh mex cantina shredded chicken chimichangas and seafood enchiladas.
My two sons and I really like Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina gourmet desserts.
I really enjoy their sopapillas and fried banana cheesecake served with vanilla ice cream.

My seafood enchiladas were Ok. Everyone else in our party of 7 liked their food. Service was quick.

Roof top dining was awesome, views of downtown Gatlinburg were amazing. The food was delicious! We had a problem first time with Margaritas but management made up for everything on the very next visit.

The fish tacos were nothing like they are supposed to taste like. Maybe am spoiled by living in San Diego, but it was just typical "wanna be" mexican food. Made by gringos, for gringos.

Great experience different ambience to cover the people we loved the food great service especially that salad with shrimp is mouth watering taste too yummy ..

I actually was forced to go here because I don't normally like Mexican food, but the food was fantastic! We actually went twice during our stay in Gatlinburg, our first time being better than the second. We sat on the roof both times and it was a great atmosphere. The second time we went the employees were a tad unorganized and couldn't find a place for my party of 5 to sit. We eventually sat at a four person table and just pulled up a chair. We had the same problem everyone else seemed to have about the bartender not acknowledging us, we had to approach him. The do overload there margaritas with ice so i will order frozen next time. Overall I liked the place, food was good and service was just ok.

Rooftop view was awesome and food was excellent. Margarita's we exceptional!

Another fantastic eats in Gatlinburg! Had lunch on the rooftop on a beautiful early fall day. The best taquitos I have ever had. The wait wasn't even that bad, they'll text you when your table is ready and you have 10 minutes to get there. So go shop and enjoy yourself until you get the text message!

Long wait time and the complimentary salsa and tortilla chips filled my stomach before I order, not worth the price at the end

Food was good but way overpriced, Honestly I think no way Jose's food is better and not as expensive.

Food was huge portions and the prices were very reasonable!!! All the servers were very courteous and hospitable too!!! My wife and I were on vacation and would happily eat here again!!!

Poor service, nasty atmosphere (pigeons eating off unbused tables), will not return here. It s a shame with the roof top bar and all, but there s plenty of other places to enjoy in Gatlinburg.

We are here every Saturday night and we've never had one bad drink from this rooftop. Best cocktails I've ever had. Jennette is literally the coolest bartender. Came just for her last Saturday but she wasn't there. Sweet place to hang out

This place has a mechanical donkey you can ride. They have a nice rooftop patio that offers amazing views of downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains.

Okay bar if it s like 12 am and nothing is open, do not open a tab , they are basically stealing from customers. The corrupt waiters and bartenders ask for the bill payment and put it under tips. Not worth it if you want to enjoy a good time and not get ripped off. DO NOT GO! guys stay away from female bartenders , do t fall for the fake beasts . It s better to go back to the hotel room. TRUST ME!

Stephanie was our waitress and she was AWESOME. She told us about everything on the menu. She took very good care of out table. All business need more employees like Stephanie

It was a super busy Oct. saturday and we were seated in 30 min and the food was really great with an excellent staff taking care of us. Huge portions and my drink was always full.

I will definitely be back the next time we visit Gatlinburg. I love everything, the staff, the food, the margaritas and the donkey you can ride. This place is a must!! Check out their shirts too.

We cant say anything about the food because we sat at our table with no acknowledgement from anyone for 15 minutes. We asked for a second kids meal...never got it. We actually never got anything. No water no chips to keep us busy not even a "sorry we'll be right with you" We got up and walked out...still no one noticed us.

They had great chips, dips and salsas. Got the carnitas which are cooked in cinnamon and brown sugar. The problem was I did not know before hand and it really varied from what I was expecting in not so great way. Also really slow on the greet.

The food and service was great but we got a $77 bill for tacos! I have never paid that much at a Mexican restaurant and that was without alcohol! Prices need to come down drastically

So I came here with my aunt and little brother and me and my brother went ahead to get a table since my aunt had to park the car. IG was a 30 min wait which isn't to bad when we went upstairs when it was time for us to the hostess was no where to be found. When she appeared she tried to sit us at a high top. My little brother was to short so I told her twice that we couldn't sit there. There was an open table that wasnt a hightop but she tried to sit us at another high top and I told her a third time we can't sit there. Then she finally took us to the open table and she had to go to other tables to find chairs. Finally dinner is ordered and then food came out too quickly... It was another tables order. Finally we get our food and they gave us regular beans instead of refried and there wasn't even one bean in the bowl it was all fat and onions. And BTW the guacamole was rancid. For the large fajitas they only give you 3 tortillas. So finally my aunt gets a manager and he doesn't make any eye contact with her and he acted like he was disinterested in any input from the customer. Eddie was a great waiter the only person that has experience with guest service. But we are NEVER COMING BACK EVER!!! Even if we got free food from here.

train! was excellent but we waited a long time to eat and just to get refills on our drinks. Would definitely give them a second try!
