I found some cars at Lithia Toyota I liked while looking online at Carfax. I sent my information that I was interested and they immediately got back with me. My salesman, Patrick Zills, texted me and we set up a time to meet on Saturday. Patrick greeted me as soon as I got there and because I'm recovering from knee surgery, he brought the cars I wanted to the front so I didn't have to walk the parking lot. I test drove 3 vehicles and he never pressured me in any way. He answered all of my questions and let me make up my own mind based on what I was looking for. Once I picked the car I wanted the rest of the process was easy.
