Went in for 3 recalls. one that had been worked on and failed again yet the service secretary insisted on arguing with me that one of the items was not a recall but under extended warranty. the item had been swapped out previously and that is why I received the warranty, it is still a recall item non the less. She should not have argued with me if she did not know what she was talking about. secondly they didn't disclose fees ie "troubleshooting/diagnostic" fee of $120. They tell me this after they call me with an estimate of repairs. Leaving the customer with repair the item which in my case was $325 or eat the diagnostic fee. Needles to say I will never bring my vehicle to this "hole in the wall " dealer with horrible customer service nor will I recommend it to amyone. Stay away.
