I would like to ask how you would like me to schedule appointments? I used the app for scheduling and electrical problem. Service representative expressed himself as I should have called and scheduled an all day appointment. How am I supposed to know and understand what will take 48 hours to fix versus a couple of hours.
All I am asking for is consistency in procedures for the customer. I had to schedule another appointment for all day and return a week later for the appointment. I had no issue with this and I understand. Just looking for consistency to ensure I get service and provide needed time for the correct resources and manpower.
Check out was great; Service Rep told me about the issue--a fuse that was on the driver side versus the passenger side. Cashier was great and I could see the smile through the face mask. Overall; good experience for the trip to the dealership.
