We had a wonderful experience getting a new car. Tabitha was amzing to work with. We live in Cincinnati and were looking all over the Tri-State area for a new car that met our needs. Tabitha was by far the kindest and most patient person we worked with. She was very understanding that we would have to drive up 2 hours to Columbus and coming on a week day was difficult for us. When we got to the dealership, all of the paperwork was ready for us to sign. She happily answered any and all of our questions and addressed any concerns that we had. The next time we are in the market for a car, we will definelty be looking at Lindsay Acura first to see if they have something that will fit our needs. I highly reccomend requesting to work with Tabitha when looking to buy a car at this dealership. We never felt pressured or pushed by her and when pulling up to the dealership she greeted us like old friends, creating a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

We traded in our SUV at Lindsay Acura, for a used ...

We traded in our SUV at Lindsay Acura, for a used 2008 BMW X5. Also, this was the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Lindsay Acura. But as I will explain below, this experience was much less than fair. My husband 1st negotiated the purchase price, which when he came home to discuss the deal, he logged on to Lindsay Acura's website to show me the vehicle, when we learned that the internet price, or Lindsay's price, was $2,000 less than salesman, Frank Garcia's offer. When I confronted him on this the next day, he blamed it on the internet sales person, whoever that is.
They did honor it, but it must have upset them, because they took it out on us, in regards to their so called pin point inspection they did. They down played the service that was really needed on the vehicle, skipping over the things that were wrong with it, that should have been more than just recommendations to be serviced, or repaired. Frank verbally told my husband and I to our face that new brakes were put on the vehicle. After owning the car for a month, month and a half, we took it to another service shop, and we were told the brakes were not replaced a few months back, and that the rotors were to worn out to even be repaired, and they needed to be replaced. So we were told new brakes, but got brakes with 15% pads left, and rotors that needed to be completely replaced. We also found out that the connections and outlets to and from the radiator were so corroded that they should have never passed a pin point inspection, and now, 2 months after purchase, with not even 500 miles later, we"ve been told by another service shop that it needs a new radiator now. And we have received that recommendation from 2 other service shops as well.
So, long story short, they were not honest with us, and it seems curious, especially after the $2,000 price discrepancy. All this being said, the salesman never escalated this to anyone at Lindsay, with our concerns, but only denied everything. We usually don't do reviews like this, but the fact that we did, tells us that this one was personal. They basically vacuumed out our new pre owned vehicle and said, her you go, along with a terrible warranty, to back up their
service inspection. Which was 30 days, and with the agreement to only pay half if anything came up that needed repaired.We called Frank the day after we bought it, telling him we had fluid leaking in our garage, and were told it was window wash fluid. Well it turns out it was radiator fluid. So with all this said, my husband went to Frank and asked if they would be willing to look at it, and hear our concerns, and he refused to be helpful. We asked him multiple times, to have a service manager or owner call us, and never heard from anyone. I was only told by Frank that unless we had something in writing, in regards to whether he told us the service shop put new brakes on it, and he only responded back to us, saying, "I don't remember telling you that, Do you have that in writing"
So here we are, not wanting to go this route, but were left with no choice. We always feel people deserve a chance to make it right, and then we would reward that action back, in multiple ways, one being through recommendations or referrals. We are still waiting.

Dan Bornstein with Lindsay Acura is one of the most knowledgeable car salespeople. I was a repeat customer with Lindsay and my second experience working with the dealership was even better than the first because of Dan's expertise and customer service skills. I rate this dealership five stars because of their outstanding customer service and inventory levels. Dan went out of his way to accommodate my needs in assisting in my decision around which Acura model would be best. My experience with purchasing my second Acura was far better than expected. Lindsay Acura is now synonymous with stellar customer service because of Dan and the management team. The sales team at this dealership is an asset to the Acura brand.

Awesome service, great price on oil changes as well. They even called me and told me there was a recall on my car that they would replace during the service. I do however feel they send way to many appointment reminders, I counted six over three days.

I have now worked with Mark Gibson at Lindsey Acura to lease/purchase my last two vehicles. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire experience a breeze. I came in the most recent time to end a lease and purchase a vehicle instead. He provided guidance and helped me find the perfect vehicle to drive home that night! I've been driving the car for a few days now and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I plan to return to him in the future!

Our buying experience was a pleasure with the help of our salesman, Gary Hilton! Through a snow storm, Gary had the van washed and warmed up for us when we arrived to purchase. He also helped my wife download her contacts and program her Hands Free Bluetooth phone. Gary also took the time to go through all of the many features that were included in our minivan. I couldn't be more pleased with our buying experience and I would highly recommend Lindsay Acura for your next car purchase!!

I had a really great experience today at Lindsay Acura. Charlie Davis was who I worked with, and he was extremely patient with me in answering all of my questions and helping me find exactly what I wanted. Our appointment took a long time (my fault) but I never felt rushed into making a decision. Mr. Davis was very polite and helpful, and I would certainly go back in the future or recommend him and this dealer to others.

I simply have to say that the parks department is outstanding and helping you get the parts that you need and good sound advice from they're referencing diagrams or whatever you need to troubleshoot stuff.

I truly appreciate how late they stay open almost every day of the week because when you need a part you need it right away.

I arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted as soon as i walked in. My salesperson Gary Hilton was notified that I had arrived for my appointed and quickly greeted me. I told him I was there for an appraisal because i was looking to purchase an RDX SUV in the next couple of months. I really wasn't looking to buy that day. He showed me a couple of options and I knew I would probably purchase that day. They gave me an excellent deal on my trade-in and started the financing. I had settled on a 2017 RDX. When the financing came back i was surprised to hear that I qualified for a 2021 RDX which was only a $7 payment increase over the payment price of the 2017! Well this was a no-brainer for me. I accepted the deal, got financed and drove away in my brand new vehicle. This just speaks to the integrity of the Acura team. Gary was very patient and explained details for me as this purchase was quite daunting. I recommend Lindsay Acura and a personal thanks to Gary Hilton for making my dream come true with my new vehicle! They gave me $2000 more for my trade in than Carmax offered and I got a great price on a TL. This is the second time I've bought a car at Lynsey's and I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Charlie!

Way over priced i.e wanted me to rotate a part for $900 that needed a gasket replaced for$120! Other repair that was needed I saved over $1000 taking it somewhere else! Plus they damaged my car like I couldn't figure that out and they wanted to charge me $170!

Put in an online request to look at a Certified Acura. Arrived at the dealer...got sent to 2 different people..neither seemed too enthused. Was asked to sit at a desk to get some info. Asked a bunch of questions, sales person wanted the vin of my trade in...yadda yadda...this is before I even got to look at the car. I just want to look at the car. Sales person took my license for a test drive and was gone for several minutes. I was at the dealer for over 20 minutes and have yet to see the car. Finally got to look at the car and take it for a test drive. Was told I could not go on the highway since it was rush hour. Huh? All I drive is highway and that is a major buying factor for me. We had to stay on side streets. During test drive sales associate said my current car brand has not been putting out good quality cars as of late. Huh? Oddly felt insulted. At that point I was not going to spend my hard earned money at this dealership. Thanks but no thanks.

I initially started with Mr. Rufus Alexander (on the Toyota side) who was very kind, courteous and informed. Because he put MY needs above HIS desire for commission, he pointed me to Mr. Charlie Davis (on the Acura side) where the car I desired was located. Meeting Mr. Davis was quite a pleasure. He was very well informed, courteous and accommodating. He is a great salesman without being overbearing and pushy. All that he said he would do, he proved truthful. He stayed with me until nearly 11:00 pm to complete the process. He connected me with Ms. Karoline Ross who assisted me with financing. She worked to make my experience a good one and she got my financing approved and called me to inform me of my approval. Even after the sale, those mentioned above have followed up with me to ensure that I am happy with my purchase choice. I HIGHLY recommend this group to ANYONE who is in the market for a very nice used car.

I had an amazing experience with Lindsay Acura. In particular, the salesman -- Gary Hilton -- was exceptional. I had done plenty of research prior to visiting and knew what they had in stock, but I wanted to test drive several different cars. I can imagine that this might be annoying for salesmen to deal with on a regular basis, but Gary was extremely patient, even encouraging me to try other vehicles. Gary was also very informative about each car and definitely tried to make things efficient for me. Finally, once I had chosen a car, Gary patiently helped me through the process. Despite the dealership closing at 7, the paperwork process and everything took until about 8:30. I did feel quite bad to keep them there that late (sorry Gary!), but I never felt unwelcome or unappreciated. I felt like a priority despite the late hours they all worked, and I'm very thankful of that. In any case, I've wanted an Acura for a long time, and the people at Lindsay Acura made this dream a reality in a really efficient and pleasant way. Thanks!

This was the second car I have purchased through LIndsay and wouldn't go anywhere else. Charlie Davis and Tom Kenworthy were friendly, professional, and patient. I honestly felt like I was working with a friend instead of a salesman while working on the purchase with Charlie. The atmosphere at Lindsay is relaxed and everyone in there (even the customers) seem to be enjoying themselves.

Tabitha was an absolute delight to work with! I found a 2020 RDX that suited my lifestyle online and after speaking with her via email and phone for 2 business days, and talking numbers and different pricing scenarios, I went into the dealership for a test drive and finalized the purchase. The whole process was very smooth and relaxing which I did not have in my previous vehicle purchases at other dealerships. When my girlfriend graduates from graduate school in May 2021 I will return to Tabitha for her vehicle purchase! Thank you for all your help Tabitha!

We both agreed on the price for my trade and the dealer vehicle price ...The vehicle was listed as Certified I was really happy then couple of hours later I get a call saying it was a mistake and the vehicle I had selected is not certified since the door was replaced Car fax didn't show any accident...Anyway I don't trust what they are up to ...Oh yes One more lie was I was told when I did test drive it's got new tires and yest when talked over the phone was told the tires are good will last couple of years but not new ...,Seriously this sales people need to stick to truth and that's how you earn business !!!

Our daughter purchased her first Acura from Mark Gibson and referred him to us. Our entire car purchasing experience was awesome from start to finish. We were undecided between 3 vehicles. When we arrived all 3 vehicles were ready and parked out front to test drive. Mark took extra time to allow us to test all 3 and ask questions. How perfect to be able to compare one after another. After driving the MDX we were sold on its comfort and beauty. We are happy first time Accura MDX owners thanks to Mark and his knowledge, kindness and patience. I leased an ILX from Lindsay Acura and not only received outstanding help w/my selection from Frank, but with the follow-up service as well, i.e., parts recall fix, car washes, etc. The attention to detail during the transaction was seamless from Frank to the finance officer to the delivery. I received thorough instructions about the controls and features as well as troubleshooting help after the sale. And oh by the way, I LOVE the gas mileage the ILX gets! I'll continue to refer family members and friends to Lindsay Acura for future sales. Lindsay Acura is a car dealership w/dedicated people that care and committed to excellent customer service!

Jeremy Morris, our Sales Specialist. did a great job of selling us the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a great lesson on all the features of the RDX once we had purchased it. Lindsay Acura is hands down one of my favorite places to work with. They're fair, honest and will work hard to get you in a vehicle you love. It is obvious their care for customer service starts at the top and trickles down from the top.
My day started with another dealer trying to con me out of my trade. ("We're Stealin") Needless to say, I walked away from the table. I work at a dealership selling RVs so I understand the game they NORMALLY play. When I went into Lindsay I was greeted by Tabatha, I explained to her I really would like a Honda Accord but I am open to suggestions. She immediately had a car for me, an Acura TL 3.7 SH-AWD. She let me test drive it....and a couple of others. After landing on the TL for sure I told Tabatha where I needed to number wise and she got me there plus more with NO GAMES. The next day my wife and I went in to purchase the TL. The Finance team was awesome. we worked with Ashley and Zach, they got us where we needed to be.
Unfortunately a couple of days after ownership I heard a Ticking coming from the motor. Distressed I called Lindsay's service center and they told me to bring it in immediately. When I arrived they took the TL and had 2020 Acura RDX warmed up and ready for my day. After a nerve-racking day of waiting to hear back, I got a call saying it was a common issue. The timing belt tensioner. They said they'd have it ready by five o'clock. At three-thirty I got a call saying it was ready to roll with no charge to me.
If you're looking for your typical dealer it won't be found at Lindsay. This is a world-class dealer. Truly a wonderful experience. Under promise over deliver is in their DNA.

EXTREMELY pushy!! I didn t even end up going to the dealership because how pushy they were. Several calls a day, a couple text messages a day, emails daily. Calm down, if I want a car I ll come to you. The pushy sales techniques are not welcome. Not to mention one sales girl was very rude in her email to me when I asked for numbers up front. I surely hopes this reaches the highest level of management possible. Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. His efficiency, professionalism, and accuracy ensured that I was making a great choice here AGAIN at Lindsey Honda. Car buying in itself can be a stressful experience, however Eric McKee relieved a lot of that stress and made it an easier experience for me. This is the third car I have bought here at Lindsey Acura, and everyone has been great, however from here on on out, I will always have Eric as my salesperson. Eric has gained a lifetime customer!

Also, I can not forget my dear friend who is a finance director here, Tony Williams. I first contacted him to let him know I would be buying a new car because I definitely trust him and I knew he would have me work with the best, and he did! I am absolutely pleased with this experience, my new car, and my men: Eric Mckee and Tony Williams!!!

I could not have asked for a better salesman to work with or a better dealership to purchase a vehicle from!! Mr. Gary Hilton is helpful, patient, and professional. First Class from the word go!! My experience buying my new TLX was not stressful or unpleasant by any means. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in and up until the sale was made. I am a numbers guy, so I know they had to be patient with me. All my questions were answered without hesitation; they truly cared whether I understood and we're not comfortable moving on until II was satisfied. This was my first time at Lindsay, so I certainly am a satisfied customer and would recommend the dealership to those looking for a car, whether it be new or used. When shopping for a car, there is no better choice than Lindsey Acura. Let s face it, buying a car is typically not a pleasant process. However, Lindsey makes it enjoyable. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Tabathia is great, she made the experience quick and painless and she got me into the car that I really wanted. I highly recommend.

My salesman is Shannon Dailey. Shannon knows the product very well. My wife and I purchased two vehicles and we are selling a an Acura to Shannon. He walked us through the entire process. He took the time to find out what our needs were and then he closed the deal. My wife and I were very comfortable with Shannon. I have no problem referring my friends and family to Shannon. The cars are great and people are always telling me how nice the product looks.

This was our second time coming to this dealership...

This was our second time coming to this dealership. We traded in our car for an upgrade and we really ended up getting a down grade. Within two weeks our car has multiple problems. Let salesman know all he says is "they cant see future problems", sounds like a used car salesman to me. Called the sales manager multiple times never received a call back. The automotive department knows nothing. Unless the computer tells them exactly what it is. They act like there is nothing wrong with our car even though, there is no denying the proof.The automotive department "fixed" our tire rod the only problem they will admit to and still makes a horrible noise. If i were you i would go to a better car dealership who actually cares about their customers and the cars they sell to them. The horrible thing is a car is a very pricey item when you cant return it and have multiple problems already and your just stuck.

Cory was great. Extremely accommodating, thorough, and inquisitive about my needs. I would definitely seek him out next time I am in the market for a car. The inventory included a wide variety of choices, and I feel I got the perfect car for me right now.

After having purchased a car at a competitor a couple of years ago, which I would consider the best car buying experience I've had because the prices are no-haggle, and the sales person performs the function of the finance person, perhaps my expectations were too high. Specifically, the length of time it took to get in front of the finance person was totally unacceptable, and will cause me to pause before going through this again. I waited over 90 minutes.

From my first call to inquire about a car I had seen on the Lindsay website, to the follow-up call from and meeting with Charlie Davis, the experience at Lindsay Acura/ Honda was a rewarding one. Although I could site several reasons why I took the time to write about my experience, I will share a few:

At the time I called about the car on Lindsay s website, my personal car was not able to be driven. I was at the stage of making a decision as to whether to repair my car or buy another one. As a result of my car being down, I was limited in being able to get to dealerships to shop for cars. After being contacted by Charlie Davis, I explained to him my circumstance, I advised him I could get to the dealership but would need a ride home. Charlie, unlike most dealers I had been speaking to simply stated, if I could get to the dealership, he would make sure I got home. Wow, now how many dealers would offer that?

Secondly, a lot of times as a woman when we arrive at a dealership, salesmen treat you with a degree of difference that often times is belittling, with an assumption that we have no clue, or knowledge of what we are there to buy. I felt none of that, in fact Charlie s approach was that of someone who listened with respect to what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. He used no tactics or pressure. He was an honest professional that went the extra mile to provide a service of excellence.

In the end for my circumstances, it proved more economical for me to repair my car but as I begin to save for my next car, the dealership that will be first on my list will be Lindsay Acura / Honda. Oh and by the way, Charlie made sure I got home.
