From my first call to inquire about a car I had seen on the Lindsay website, to the follow-up call from and meeting with Charlie Davis, the experience at Lindsay Acura/ Honda was a rewarding one. Although I could site several reasons why I took the time to write about my experience, I will share a few:

At the time I called about the car on Lindsay s website, my personal car was not able to be driven. I was at the stage of making a decision as to whether to repair my car or buy another one. As a result of my car being down, I was limited in being able to get to dealerships to shop for cars. After being contacted by Charlie Davis, I explained to him my circumstance, I advised him I could get to the dealership but would need a ride home. Charlie, unlike most dealers I had been speaking to simply stated, if I could get to the dealership, he would make sure I got home. Wow, now how many dealers would offer that?

Secondly, a lot of times as a woman when we arrive at a dealership, salesmen treat you with a degree of difference that often times is belittling, with an assumption that we have no clue, or knowledge of what we are there to buy. I felt none of that, in fact Charlie s approach was that of someone who listened with respect to what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. He used no tactics or pressure. He was an honest professional that went the extra mile to provide a service of excellence.

In the end for my circumstances, it proved more economical for me to repair my car but as I begin to save for my next car, the dealership that will be first on my list will be Lindsay Acura / Honda. Oh and by the way, Charlie made sure I got home.
