Lindsay Acura & Lindsay Honda Review

Terrible service dept. If only a half star was an option.

My experience leasing a new Acura with Lindsay Acura went so exceptionally well, that I came back two days later and leased a second one for my mom! I would highly recommend Lindsay Acura for anyone looking for a great deal without the normal hassle that many have come to expect when buying a new car.

Jason Cox was our salesman and was absolutely knowledgeable and attentative to what we needed and wanted. Mark was the manager on and was super nice also!! Looking for a top quality car I'd recommend Lindsay anyday!!

The service is great, but the waiting room is small and icky.

I purchased an Acura MDX after visiting 3 other dealerships, some Acura, some not. Eric McKee, our sales person at Lindsay, was hands down, the best sales person I've ever dealt with. I wanted to buy a car from him! He first asked what we knew about the MDX; come find out, we realized no other dealership bothered to tell us anything. He was very cordial, easy to talk to, offered us something to drink, and drove the car for me on 270 because I wasn't comfortable doing so. They were the only dealership that I got to negotiate the price with. I also enjoyed dealing with the finance manager as well. It was painless!

This is for the first time to buy a car at Lindsay Acura, but I had a very pleasant experience with Acura's sales specialist, Dan Bornstein. Thanks Dan for your professional sales process, tolerance to my many requests or questions, and detailed introduction of TLX functions. Without you, I wasn't sure I could complete this purchase within a half day. I will definitely introduce you to my friends, neighbors and colleagues as soon as anyone wants to buy Acura cars in near future. Moreover, all staffs at Lindsay Acura were very nice to customers including me on that day when I was there. I believe this is the Lindsay Acura's culture !!! Please keep it. Again thanks Dan! I absolutely have to write a review about how amazing the service team was at Lindsay Acura, specifically Logan. This man is an absolute superstar when it comes to customer service. I was having issues dealing with the used car sales dept because I needed an explanation/resolution on a random electrical issue I was having since the day I bought the car. I could not get ANYONE from used sales to work with me. I even had the sales person lie to me about doing an electrical test on the car to assure me there would be no issues with it. Long story short I could not get in contact with anyone, I could not get a clear answer, and it just gave off this vibe that the used car sales could care less now that they had sold the car. BUT GUESS WHO SAVED THE DAY? LOGAN! Logan understood where I was coming from, and the fact that when you spend a lot of money on your first car, you want a clear answer on issues when they're supposed to be the "experts". Logan was 100% transparent with me the entire time, and vouched for me in getting the costs covered (as it should've been considering the circumstances). Anyways, I can't say enough about Logan. He was so calm, supportive, and helpful even when it was apparent I was stressed about the situation. I am so happy I was able to work with him. Lindsay Acura, I hope you seriously value this amazing employee.

First dealership I've been to that was comfortable and inviting! Staff is extremely helpful and does a good job caring for the buyers needs. Steve Barrows took care of me and made the whole process a breeze. This is where I will be taking my business in the future for sure.

Lindsay Acura was absolutely fantastic to work with in buying my car, when I'm in the market for another new car I will be stopping there first. Shannon Dailey was my sales associate and he was awesome to deal with throughout the process and most important he is upfront and honest. Even though Shannon was off on the day I decided to get my car he came in and made sure we got the process started on the right foot and then Cory Miller took the sale from that point. From the limited amount of time I dealt with Cory he was also fantastic.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle ...my awesome beautiful premium Red Acura ILX! Meaghan was very friendly and approachable did not pressure me into anything. She greeted me with a smile and helped me through the whole process even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked. As far as connecting to Bluetooth (I had no clue) she even put the plates on for me when they came in! Now that is great customer service! Awesome asset for Lindsey Acura!

Even the sales manager Dan was very professional and explained everything in great detail concerning my financial options. He made sure everything was clear to me before I made my decision .
