I would like to thank Mark Gibson and the Lindsay Acura family for making my car buying experience the absolute best! I have bought a few cars from Lindsay Acura over the years and have always received a safe, clean and dependable car that has been handed down to our children. Most recently we purchased a brand new Acura TLX and have been in love with our car ever since. Lindsay Acura represents quality, professionalism, and makes the car buying experience amazing. (A+)

Very happy with my dealings with Lindsay Acura. We communicated well ahead of time and my time in the dealership was minimized as a result, which is what I wished to accomplish. Open, honest communication with efficiency, what else could you ask for?

Friendly and easy to work with very little (there is always a little "suggesting" that you are getting a very good deal) pressure.

Terrible...I can't believe how I've been treated by Lindsay Honda and Lindsay Acura...I've had this car 2 weeks and my problem still is not fixed. I had an appointment and waited an hour and a half to be told I had to make another appointment...and I thought they would at least wash the car like advertised for all services but no another disappointment...well every one do seem nice but nice isn't enough...

My husband and I traveled from Mason Oh, to buy a car from here. I have to say Tabitha was the best saleswomen we have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. I buy a car based on what I know about it. I prefer to buy from small dealerships or people,but Mark Gibson changed my mind.

I found a car that was fast and can hold car seats but drank gas and was expensive to fix.
Mark literally stood between me and the door when I was leaving and had "made up my mind". (not pushy, maybe clever body language but that's just where he happened to be)
We sat down and ended up making a deal on my 06 Honda.
This was a car I wanted that had everything I needed and was regular gas with regular tires.

now my car has low miles, better mpg, a two year warranty, and I found a dealer I can trust.

I had a great car buying experience at Lindsay Acura! My husband and I worked with Charlie Davis when purchasing a used 2011 Ford Edge SEL. Charlie made the experience fun and was super helpful! He was able to answer all of our questions with regard to the purchase of the vehicle. We already had our mind set on the kind of used vehicle that we were going to purchase, so I did not look at the inventory of used cars. We went specifically to Lindsay after seeing the car online. They did, however, seem to have a lot to choose from in the used car department. The entire process was quick and seamless! I would definitely recommend Lindsay Acura.

Dare I say it? Lindsay Acura is an honest car dealership where everyone treats you very well. Sure, they want to sell you a car, but they're not overly pushy, and they go out of their way to make it happen. I must have received 7 credit rejection letters after the fact, so I know it wasn't easy for them.

Oh, and I was only there for 3 hours, including the test drive. Then I left with a new car. Awesome! Never had to see my junker again.

I've been back for an oil change once, and it was just as great of an experience.

Bought my car at Hidy Acura in Dayton since that is where I live.

My check emissions system light came on shortly before I went out of warranty. Took the car in to Hidy. They said they found no problem, reset my codes, and sent me on my way.

About four miles down the road, the light comes on again with a completely different navi code. Instead of having me return to the dealership, they feed me some BS line about my air filter causing it. They suggests changing the air filter to only one they sell, the Acura part. I wasn't born yesterday.

Took it to Lindsay Acura in Columbus. They promptly determined I needed a new bank one and catalytic converters. They were very professional as well and a pleasure to deal with.

This is the second time I've gone to get a second opinion from Lindsay after my local dealership screwed up. Worked with Rob both times. He and everyone else here are totally on the spot. Rob is very personable.

In the future, I will save myself the trouble and make the drive to Columbus. The service department is open until midnight, and I can go shopping and have dinner while I'm in town.

Cindy Davis is a wonderful salesperson. This is my second lease (with Cindy) and fourth vehicle that we have gotten from Lindsay Acura. Cindy is so helpful with explaining everything. If you have a question she has the answer or will find it for you. I had a few issues with the service department with my prior lease and she got the service manager to come speak with me to address my concerns. In my opinion, Cindy has me as a customer for life! She will make sure you are treated well.

After purchasing our second Acura. I would say look no further then Charlie Davis as the guy to put you in your next car/suv. I spent a lot of time with him but, we got to the place we needed to make it happen. Enjoyed the car buying experience 1000 times better then the day before and, brought my car home same evening!! This is the 4th Acura we've purchased from Lindsay Acura & we have never had a problem or else we wouldn't keep coming back. We have purchased our last 2 cars from Corey Miller. We find it encouraging that the same salesman has been around for that long. Corey has always been extremely pleasant & easy to deal with. Terrible customer service. Tried the bait and switch by advertising a management special that they couldn't find the keys to. Couldn't answer any questions or give any interest rates. Complete total waste of time going there. I will never go back.

I took this long to respond to give things time to take place.

1.My car has the capability to program both front seats. My salesperson told me I needed to purchase one, either on my own or at discount from their key person. Never heard back about the additional key requested and stated by the person whom I signed the contract with; that I should receive one. So for me I am unable to program the passenger side
.2. Never even heard back from salesperson regarding your locksmith; even if I had to purchase the key
3. Never received those mats yet, either

However they were good about replacing the front windshield which was scratched by the wiper blades. My advise " Make Sure You Get Everything before your sign the papers; Once signed you and promises are forgotten.

Great no pressure place to buy a car. Tabitha was so awesome and super easy to talk to...made for a great and fun experience.

Best time buying a car. Tabitha Browning is the best salesperson ever. I was looking online and found a used SUV and made an appointment to see it.
