I discovered a problem/concern with a repair job. Lexus not only took care of the problem at no charge but gave me a loaner car during the time needed to repair it. My representative, Jeff Johnson, was responsive and professional in all aspects of my vehicle issues. It was a pleasure instead of a challenge to obtain premium customer service.
