My wife stopped by, anticipating to only window shop around at LOB. The salesman, Isaac Ortiz, showed her a great 2019 option on the RX-350, explaining to her all the bells and whistles while she test drove it, and shaving off as much as possible from the monthly payment with our plan. She was pretty decisive, and wanted to seal the deal that day.
