I had a wonderful experience. Very comfortable waiting area and I was able to get my vehicle repaired quickly and effortlessly. My customer service representative in the repair area was extremely helpful, even loaning me a phone charger! It is the little things that often make all the difference in customer service. I will definitely return to this location for any repairs if needed. I highly recommend Lexus of Bellevue.
