After a recent visit for a routine service, Lexus of Bellevue took good care of our car, kept us up-to-date, and made sure all our concerns were addressed.

We're hoping this becomes the norm.

My partner and I were hoping for a better connection with Lexus of Bellevue's service department. We love our Lexus car and the Lexus brand, but now, a third time within a few months, disappointed with the overall service department experience.

We were told we would be notified as soon as the service was complete, and they gave us about a 2hr window. After 2hrs we had not received an update and we had noticed our car parked in the lot. Curious, we decided to check back with our service rep. Our service rep was not available, so we checked with another rep., which Lexus was staffed well with available service reps.

The service rep seemed annoyed that we were bother him and that we could not recall our service rep's name. However, discovering the card had been ready earlier, his demeanor changed. Receiving a more pleasant and professional experience, we were checked out.

By the time we arrived home, 2.5hrs later, we received a message our car was ready to be claimed.

What a disappointment and not what I've grown to expect with the Lexus brand.

Is Lexus of Tacoma a better option...
