Came in without appointment and still got accepted for service. Lots of complimentary snacks, coffee drinks, and entertainment room provided for the waiting guests. I heard if you don't want to stick around and wait, they will provide you a driver that will take you anywhere you want. 5/5 experience try it for your self.
