I have had such a smooth journey with my very first VW. John Chapman truly made my purchase feel like the easiest process. Not your typical car sales . I felt like I was the priority and they truly have my best interest. John navigated the different options with me like a family member would. He not only found EXACTLY what I was looking for, but he helped break down the price of each extra add-on before hand. Something you don t typically see with other car dealerships. I will continue to drive VW and I will continue to go to Bobby Beck s VW. Truly feel like I m apart of the family there. Thank you John and VW team!!!
