After a collaboration of more than three years the team of lawyers from Levenes managed to obtain the compensation following the accident of my husband's work.

Overall my experience with Levenes was good. Their service was professional in dealing with my compensation case and the outcome was successful.
I was a bit disappointed that there was little communication over the two and a half years that it took to resolve the case. There were long periods whereby I heard nothing and I was not kept informed of the progress on a regular basis.
I occasionally rang to enquire about progress and left a message, but had no response to my call.

Three years later and it doesn't look like the end is on sight. Just been told that I will be passed once again to another person to deal with the cases that we have opened and while I do appreciate that people are entitled to maternity / annual leaves, the amount of time you have to wait for an update or for a case to end becomes just to much.

Definitely lack of communication and disinterested people and while I am not saying everyone there is the same, unluckily this was my case. Seriously considering of taking my business somewhere else.

I was frightened after my accident as everything seemed normal, but for some reason it wasn't. I contacted Levene's as they were able to deal with my claim that happened in Belgium. I felt great relief when chatting to Tim that I wasn't alone in the issues I had and I wasn't going mad!
