Very poor communication with tenants. They do almost no repairs. Dishonest and rude.
Front office not really customer-friendly in my experience, quite abruptly and definitely not friendly. Before we could ask the entire question, we were already put on hold and then received a short answer.

Front office (friendly, proactive) and back office (nasty and often not to speak) are miles apart when it comes to customer friendliness.
Tell lies when renting out the house so that they have to do as little as possible themselves. Supervisor and housing consultant are rude and do not take responsibility, they just push everything together. I am amazed that a Housing Foundation can behave this way. It is that I have invested in my home, otherwise I would rather move again than rent from you. You should be ashamed of yourself.
