I was frightened after my accident as everything seemed normal, but for some reason it wasn't. I contacted Levene's as they were able to deal with my claim that happened in Belgium. I felt great relief when chatting to Tim that I wasn't alone in the issues I had and I wasn't going mad! Tim got me the help and assistance I needed to recover as well as was possible whilst conducting my case to ensure that I was compensated for the injuries that I will be left with. At times I have been awkward and argumentative, but Tim has always listening and explained the process until I understood. I also dealt with Maureen who I found to be friendly, empathic and professional. I cannot recommend Levenes enough. Thank you.
