Brushed off new business. Claim to them with a claim and they didn't even want to hear the issue.. must be too busy to deal with claims or too rich and doesn't need the business. If too busy then how much will they be willing to help you. My experience was none

Got to be the worst reception I've had from such professionals or lack of them. Terrible
