Overall my experience with Levenes was good. Their service was professional in dealing with my compensation case and the outcome was successful.
I was a bit disappointed that there was little communication over the two and a half years that it took to resolve the case. There were long periods whereby I heard nothing and I was not kept informed of the progress on a regular basis.
I occasionally rang to enquire about progress and left a message, but had no response to my call.
