I should've walked away when I had issues in the beginning of my experience of buying a vehicle from here but they did work hard to get me into a car after I gave a bad review. I've had mechanical issues with my sentra from the beginning, has been in the shop 6 times and still isn't 100%. I truly believe I have a lemon, used or not I shouldn't have to go through all this headache with a car that has less than 100000 miles at 5 years old. So with advise from a Nissan employee I spoke to them about trading it in because I firmly believe the vehicle did not go through the complete inspection process before selling it to me ,the car was just traded in the day I looked at it and wanted to buy. Now I'm being told my credit isn't up to par and need a solid cosigner, so I'm stuck with a car that's going to drain my bank account with repairs. I did purchase a warranty which has covered some of the issues but not all which in turn I've had to pay out of pocket for. Nissan should replace my vehicle with a reliable one even if it's used to show they care about their customers and want to keep my business. At this point I will go elsewhere and would not recommend them to anyone. It also speaks volumes when Nissan employees recommend going to a different dealership, ex. Chevrolet. To your response Ashley my car did not have 125000+ miles on it at the time I tried to trade it in it s just now gone over 100000 miles and I was not offered the other inspection it wasn t even mentioned at all and I have had out of pocket expenses with other mechanics because the warranty doesn t cover everything after numerous visits the transmission was finally replaced with a new one but no new warranty was given for that and I ve had it looked at again because of issues I m still having and the new transmission isn t working properly and I was told to take it back and I ve tried 4 different times to contact the head tech and I ve received no return calls that is very poor customer service I would never recommend anyone to your dealership and I will be taking my car to another dealership for service
