We live in Paxico (about 75 miles away) and drove to Legends Honda to check out a car we saw advertised online. Unfortunately, that vehicle was not available, but Ashlyn showed us a few alternatives. She listened to what we were looking for and was very patient with us when reviewing their used car inventory. Deandre worked hard to get us a great deal on two trade-ins, and even let us test drive a potential winner overnight. When we changed our minds about that one, they still let us take another overnight. Deandre even came in on his scheduled day off to close the deal at a time convenient for us. Went in to look at a Civic and see who was going to give me the best deal for my trade in and on the car that I was looking to purchase, Legends or Frank Ancona Honda. After going back and forth a couple times over the course of a few days, I could see that Legends Honda was simply not going to be undersold. During the negotiations they treated me with the upmost respect and were always courteous and patient even when we had come to a final sales price I was happy with and I threw them a curveball by asking to drive an Accord to compare it to the Civic. After test driving the Accord I knew it was the car for me and my salesman Russ Hawk ( HIGHLY RECOMMEND) said no problem we will adjust the numbers and make it work and after speaking to the new car sales manager Shawn Lemieux (also HIGHLY RECOMMEND) told me we had a deal. I haven't purchased a new car in several years and I wasn't looking forward to the traditional hassles of buying a car. I am pleased to report that it was a very positive car buying experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and their was no hassles or high pressure tactics. I would definitely buy another car from Legends Honda.

The service department is terrible. I have been bringing my Honda here for 2 years now, for all of my service needs, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. This dealership has worked on my car numerous times, but every single time I bring it in, I m asked, have you ever had your car serviced here before, are you a new customer? They don t recognize returning customers at all! Just this week, made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and an estimate on parts and labor for a repair, sat and waited for over 2 hours for this to be finished! I was charged for an oil change that is free, since I bought a service contract for this purpose, then never received the estimate that I requested. I called to speak to the service dept. to ask about the estimate I never got, and the charge for the oil change, the first woman who answered, said yes this is the service dept., listened to me then said I ll transfer you to the service dept., a gentleman answered the phone, I had to explain again why I was calling, then told me I ll have to transfer you to the service dept. Again!! Well, of course after being on hold I was disconnected! Long story short..... I will not be returning to this Dealership again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I had a great experience with Legends Honda. I visited a few other dealerships and Legends by far was the best. I was especially impressed with Placido Carrillo as he was the most knowledgeable about the vehicle (out of all the people & dealerships I went to). He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service.

Service Consultant Vuthy Waan was excellent. Opened the service bay 10 minutes early and got me in and out in 30 minutes with an oil change just as he stated.

Legends Honda always try to find ways to cheat people, they create some kind of urgency and make you sign documents, they tell you one price and make you sign the document with $300-$400 more.

Be very careful and the best way is to avoid this dealer.

We had a wonderful visit at Legends Honda with our product specialist, Jon Reynolds. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that we looked at. He allowed us to take our time and explore many different vehicles, as we were undecided about what we wanted. He listened to our needs and concerns about the type of vehicle that would best suit our needs as a family and patiently showed us several different options. We greatly appreciated his diligence and work ethic. He was amazing to work with and while we did not buy a car at this time, we will definitely use his services again!

I take my vehicle here for all my service. The morning of this visit I ran over a piece of glass that punctured my tire. I called them and they said come on in and they took care of it for me. They are great and I highly recommend them!

Bought a new minivan this weekend from Legends Toyota, but have to give a review for Shaun Hanson from Legends Honda. We visited Legends Honda and Toyota to compare minivan options. Shaun was extremely helpful while deciding on the right minivan for our family. Knowledgeable and customer friendly, Shaun was instrumental in our decision to come back to the Legends dealership group and buy a minivan.

My husband and I purchased a Honda Pilot this past week. Kevin at Legends Honda was absolutely wonderful in helping us select the car that we were looking for. The process of purchasing a car was a pleasant experience for us because of Kevin. There was no pressure to purchase quickly. He put us at ease by listening and letting us proceed at our own pace. He described the features of the car and stopped and asked us questions to check our understanding of the vehicle. We showed us several cars to compare. A car that we wanted to view was not on the lot, so he went to get the car that was on another lot that was not within walking distance. We made two appointments over the next few days not knowing both days were his days off. Kevin came in on his days off to help us with paperwork, and showed us how to use the features on the car. Kevin made us feel very comfortable through the entire process. We know we made the perfect selection of purchasing our vehicle at Legends Honda and working with Kevin. We highly recommend this dealership and having Kevin as your representative in purchasing a car.

Found a vehicle on CarGurus that led us to Legends Honda. The sales rep contacted me via email quickly and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle in question (even sat in it to make sure it wasn't previously owned by a smoker!). When we arrived, we were met with another individual who took us on a test drive- he answered all of my questions and then some! No high pressure. Monster inventory of all models. Service after the sale is every bit as nice as before the sale. It sure does not hurt that fresh whole fruit, bottled water, soda pop is free on a self serve basis. Very comfortable home style seating for your service visit. If you want a Honda, this is the best dealer experience in metro KC. I tried all Honda dealers before I discoveted there is a nicer place to do business--Legends Honda is the finest for that new car purchase and the awesome oil change experience.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle from Legends Honda.

I recently bought a car from this dealer, and although I got a reasonable deal, the past month has been a headache of a process and not worth it.

Here are some lowlights from the past month:
-When certain cars were inquired on, a sales person informed us that the cars were in the lot. When we got there only a couple hours later, we were told the cars went to auction. Eventually, we happened to locate the car I wanted on our own without any help from the staff.
-I was told paperwork to sign would be ready the next day when I came in and would take about 40 minutes to go through. I had to wait an hour and half for anyone to bring paperwork out to me because they were getting it ready.
-I was told I would have to purchase a second key if I wanted one because the dealer lost it.
-I was told the tag from my previous car would be retrieved and returned to me. The tag was lost by the dealer and not returned.
-The paperwork for my new vehicle's title almost did not arrive in time for me to get a new title within the time frame I had.

I hope anyone who shops at this dealer knows exactly everything they need and that the dealer should be responsible for, because if you leave the lot and come back, what you need will be lost and you will be given incorrect information.

Shop elsewhere for a car, it'll save you a month-long headache.

Great service and really good deals. They made me and my husband an offer we couldn't say no to. Kav was also really helpful and handle everything well in a very professional manner. I will definitely go back to this leadership if I buy a new car again.

Needed a service visit this week for a used Acura TLX that I purchased at Legends in August. I was helped by Service manager Chad and the Sales manager because fo a discrepancy. Chad was awesome in helping me and completing the service. Great professionalism.

Beautiful new dealership, outstanding waiting area, super clean. I was here for the Honda air bag recall, went smooth. If my Civic ever dies, this will be where I purchase my second Civic. Highly recommended.

After sales support leaves a lot to be desired. To get anything accomplished post sale, it takes lots of phone calls and emails. Before the sale, they are very responsive.

Second time in three weeks I ve left Legends after standard service to discover the tire pressure warning indicator light on. If the little things aren t done properly, what else are they missing?? The second time I returned and it was fixed, but I m losing confidence in the service team there.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had we got exactly what we wanted and the payments that we wanted. Derrick was our salesman and he was the best. I highly recommend Legend's Honda to anyone looking for a car.

I was looking for specific trim of Honda Odyssey and Aaron and other team members just stick with my requirements only. They never tried to sell me upper/higher model than my requirements like other dealers do (I already tried other dealers before purchasing a car from here). Great service and knowledge. I just bought a car couple of days ago so will not be able to say anything about their maintenance service at this moment.

Called at 1:45 advisor said they had times from 2:15-4 available and could do the work. Even gave me a quote for the repair over the phone. Made the appointment for 2:15. Arrived at 2:05 to be told the probably couldn t get my rotors turned today wanted to reschedule for another day. Nah your not getting my business.

I have been car shopping off and on since the summer. Of all the Honda dealerships in the Overland Park / KCKS / KCMO area, I was most impressed with the professionalism from Legends Honda which is ultimately why I decided to drive out a little farther to buy my car from them. I bought my new 2017 Accord from Stephen King who was great to work with. He was professional, friendly, answered all of my questions, and got me to the total price and payment that I wanted. He knew the differences between the different models and easily explained those to me, even giving his opinion on which ones were the best value without being pushy or trying to upsell me. I would absolutely recommend Legends Honda and Stephen to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Like I said they were extremely helpful with assisting me with my business auto finance and getting me the right car for my new business. Explained the detail of the vehicle, as well as my loan documents. I did not have to have them return my call or pass me along to another sales rep. They worked together as a team to accomplish this sale for me. When one person was out of the office he made sure someone responded to my emails or calls that day. Along with business loan document Jordan the business manager assured my paper work was properly handled and all was in order before I left. They had the vehicle prepped and ready to drive off. Bunch of liars, when I purchased a car, they promised they will take care of oil changes, tire rotation bla bla, but they charged $90 dollars for my car first oil change and tire rotation.

Don't get fooled by the people and this horrible place.

Great team to work with. I left with the vehicle I wanted and more importantly I left with the payment I wanted. Great service and great atmosphere.

After dealing with other dealerships in my area, I reached out to Legends Honda. They got me to my price range, and even stayed after closing to make sure everything was taken care of property. We were assisted by Jordan and Carter in dealership, and both were very hospitable. A much better buying experience than I could have asked for while purchasing my very first new car. I m an extremely picky person, but I highly recommend this dealership!

My Handsfree link would not play music, due to an error on my part. I went in and they fixed a setting on my phone within minutes and sent me on my way; AND they didn't even charge me for a service call!

Highly competitive pricing. I worked with Shawn and he was very good about following up with questions and staying in contact while I was shopping around.

I will not get into details. But I am very unhappy with the lack of service. This includes not being called in a timely manner, forgetting to do repairs, not being notified of work that needs to be done (needed an additional appointment to get work done), and providing no help or empathy with a difficult issue. I have five Honda's that I will now service elsewhere.

I needed a cabin camera fixed on my 2018 Odyssey and needed a loaner car big enough to accommodate my disabled husband. They didn't have any loaner cars large enough, so they let me drive a Honda Pilot. They didn't have to do it, but it really meant a lot to me and I appreciate them going the extra mile.

We haven't bought a vehicle here but if you are shopping for one talk with Carter Sebasto. He is very fun to deal with and works his butt off. Most of all he isn't just the in-between guy trying to push you into a car. He has earned a chance at my business no matter what I'm looking for.
