I bought a new CR-V from Legends Honda last weekend, and was greatly impressed by the service and proactivity I felt from start to finish. Steve and Lauren are the two people I worked with, and they were incredible. An initial face to face, a couple of quick emails, and then a brief sitdown were all it took. And no "surprise" costs at the end either. Highly satisfied.

I have purchased two cars from Legends Honda the first one was great I had no problems so I decided to give them my business again But this time it was horrible the dealer lied on the information provided to the bank so they would give a larger loan amount saying that my car was a platinum and my car is actually a standard. The bank then had to work with me I had to spend my time and gas going to have them look at my car to make sure it was actually a standard and that the dealer actually provided misinformation. The dealership over charged me by 3,000 making my car payment almost 150.00 more than what it should have been paying I have been paying that for over a year and a half. He salesman also made me pay a 1,000 down payment on top of my trade in because he was giving me such a great deal is what he kept saying. This process has taken months and still is not done countless phone calls and emails The bank then made the dealership pay them 3000.00 to go towards my car loan because the gave false information. On top of all this a salesman had the audacity to call me to try to get me to buy another car saying they could get me in a 2019 for what I am paying now well I'm sure they could seeing that I'm paying for something i don't even have now They called just so they wouldn't have to pay the 3,000 dollars for the false documents they provided to bank. This was the worst experience i have ever had buying a vehicle i will never spend my hard earned money again with this horrible place.
My experience at Legends Honda was truly refreshing. I first talked with Antonio, a non-commission product specialist. He had knowledgeable answers to all my Honda questions and was very friendly. When it came time to talk numbers, I worked directly with Charbel, the sales manager. Charbel let me watch his computer screen as we negotiated my trade value, his car price, and my financing rates. He never pressured me, explained everything in clear terms, and seemed committed to giving me a fair and honest deal. Do yourself a favor and go see these guys!

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! When I called Legends Honda, I was able to talk to Katie Wilson, the Sales Manager. I told her exactly what I wanted and told her I needed to get into a car pretty quickly. She quickly sent me the inventory they had for what I wanted. I didn't have the time to go and sit for hours at a dealership, so she started the paperwork and got the car ready while I was still at work. When I got to the dealership, everything went very fast and smooth. And everyone I worked with was so friendly and helpful.
Have bought 2 Honda's here over the years, just found out they're moving to Wyandotte County...seriously? why not Blue Springs or a different area of Independence? As always my visit was less than satisfactory! I sat and waited for over an hour for an oil change with my appointment being at 8:00. I had to be added into the system again because somehow my vehicle is listed under another customer's name even though I have had my vehicle serviced at your location for the past 5 years. The adviser did not go over the recommendations like he should have, I had to ask what some items were. According to your tech I need a new battery..... the 1 I have was purchased less than 4 months ago. You told me that my battery at the last visit that my battery was faulty as well, had it tested at another location and it was perfectly fine after purchasing a new one.My hope is that 1 day your service department will have it together enough to service the customers correctly.

Only been here for service and can only speak to that. Even though I showed up at a peak time at it was very busy, I was able to get a new tire put on in about an hour. And most of that wait was due to the tire not being in stock and they had to go get one. The waiting area was nice with beverages and food available for free.

It was the simplest and easiest car purchase I have ever did. I emailed all the local dealerships and asked for the best price. Legends beat them all with a large margin. I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2017 Honda Civic! Steve and I worked out the financing prior to me coming in, so that cut out a lot of time at the dealership. He also made sure I got everything I wanted and still stayed within my budget. Deandre took the time to answer my questions and showed me all the features in the 2 cars I was considering. He was patient and kind, absolutely no pressure whatsoever. When the deal was done, Allison made sure I knew about every button and feature in the car before I left the lot. What a great car-buying experience! My wife was looking to upgrade to a newer model with more features. The process was so much less pressure than I've experienced before. The salesman, Dylan, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and answered all our questions. The test drive was informative and allowed us to get a feel for how the vehicle handles the road. I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Legends Honda and couldn't be happier. From start to finish the process was professional, smooth and very straight forward. Upon arrival my wife and I were met at the door by Carter. He listened to what we were interested in and quickly got us a car to test drive. During the test drive he was incredibly friendly and had all the answers to our questions. He even lined up a second car for us to test drive so that we could compare the two different trim levels.
Shawn was the deal maker and gave us a very fair price without a lot of heavy pressure. He helped us greatly by working with Honda on the phone so that we could take advantage of the .9% financing.
Hardeep helped us with signing all the paperwork and was very patient with me when I had several extra questions.

The service here is great and genuine. I have nothing but love for Legends Honda. They always take care of you whether appointment or not. After they complete the maintenance on my car I never have any issues.
Bought a brand new car, and within a year the side board starting falling off. After going in to have it fixed via warranty, since its still a new car and less than 8,000 miles, they told me it's not covered. There is no physical damage, just a faulty part on the vehicles, and they refuse to fix it.

Very nice place to do business. I was in a rush to buy a car, but it had to be a certain car. After dealing with all the mindless sales people at other dealerships, it was nice to deal with Legends Honda. They took what I said to be most important. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I got there. They told me to take it and really decide if it was what I wanted. No pressure, no hassle and best of all no incessant talking by a salesperson trying to SELL me on a car. Easy, easy, easy.

Was very happy with the friendly and knowledgeable associates at this dealership. Esmerelda and Dane were very helpful and there was a 3rd guy that was involved but I don't remember his name. Having several sales/finance associates all involved was something new to us. I am very happy with my vehicle. The only down side is it took longer than we would have liked. We really hadn't planned on making a purchase that night, so once we decided we would go ahead with what they had to offer we asked how long will it take to do all paperwork. We were told 30-45 mins, but it ended up being over an hour from time we decided to purchase the vehicle. So my total time there, looking at the car, test driving, waiting on my husband to get there to look at car too, and the deal making, and then the paperwork was a total of 3 1/2 hours for me. But we would have had to do it at some point anyway.
This place has the worst customer service.
I called the shop to ask about a specific car and took an appointment. Me and my husband went there to see a car and the found out that the car was our to another customer. They told us it will be here after two days. Between those two days they emailed and call us to confirm that we are coming to see it and we said yes and again set up an appointment. On the day of appointment, they again called us to confirm our arrival but when we went there to actually see the car, first of all they took like half an hour to get back to us with an update and after a long wait, they told us the car is still not here. I am 30 weeks pregnant and me and my husband drove there from south overland park. We were just expecting a call or an email in advance about the car is not being there so it would have been saved a long drive and time and when we told this to the sales manager, he wasnt apologetic about what happen instead he seemed little rude.
We were ready to make an offer that evening if we like the car but after this experience we dropped the idea of buying car from Legenda Honda.

He didn't try to up sale me any extra warranties that I didn't need and repectfuly continued on topic after I declined the extra warranties I didnt want, unlike many dealerships that push you to buy all these extra warranties and are dead set to up sale you. Very happy with my purchase and like I said I was in and out in about 3hrs tops. I highly recommend this honda dealership very friendly people!!!
