Car stopped on its own. Called my regular dealership and they could not look at car for 5 days. Called legends and they would look at next day. They did and called me as they determined what was wrong. Repair was cheaper than expected and done in one day.

The service at Legends Honda is hands down the best I've ever seen in my 37 years of life. Solid work ethic, good communication and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I went to Legends to test a Honda Civic Sport. Zach was great. He explained all the features very well. Paul worked with me on financing and we came to a deal easily. The process was smooth and I'm glad I chose to get the Civic. I highly recommend Legends Honda especially Zach and Paul.

Purchased my car on 4/20/2018. Picked up the car. Here is the list of details I was promised would be fixed. Next time, I will get them in writing. Car out of alignment. Was told the dealership failed to update their software and was unable to complete the alignment. Gasket hanging out of the driver side rear tail light. No excuse given for failure to repair. Doors, hood and trunk misaligned. Was told by the dealer and Honda rep that many Honda Accords are poorly assembled. They offered to take it to a body shop, but failed to follow up. Free detail with the purchase of the car never happened. Typical car dealer. Do not expect them to do anything after the sale.

I have to say my experience with Legends Honda was very smooth from start to finish. Jeff Creech sales manager made it so. We did this all through email. When I arrived to pick up my new CR-V it was ready and waiting for me. Everybody was very nice. Now I know your thinking well of course they were nice, I was buying a new vehicle, but trust me, I have had bad experiences. I would recommend Legends for sure.

When I purchased my new Accord in 2015, I was impressed by the sales staff as well as the management staff. Unlike the poor experience I had at my local dealer, they were most helpful in the process, even going the extra mile configuring phones etc. I even received money as a reference to a friend purchasing a car.

I had some very intermittent issues with the radio, couple years into the warranty. Seem to be an unusual problem, as I could not find any other owners with similar issues, on the web. While it did take several visits to resolve and no one could tell me what exactly what they did to fix it, I am happy to say the last visit seem to fix what ever was ailing the stereo system.

Over all I can say I am very pleased with Legends Honda. They provided loaners and were doing all they could do to narrow the problem. Been very happy with the Accord. Mileage has been better then advertised and at 34k on the odometer, I can honestly say, I would buy another Honda and more then likely from Legends Honda.

Everyone there was very knowledgeable and anxious to help. I had a very good experience with the sales staff.

Wow I just took my 2006 Accord to Independence Honda and saw they're closed..WTF? Thanks for abandoning Independence and all your loyal customers! You did need a bigger lot but you could have gotten a nice spot in SE Independence area or even up in Liberty...good luck in Wyandotte County??--I don't go to Kansas for anything as I like to keep my tax dollars in my own state..Kansas keeps taking our businesses and hurting our tax base, Missourians need to fight back and support Missouri businesses! Thanks again for leaving us with NO Honda dealer in this city of 110,000 people! Oh well your service was crappy anyway--always trying to get me to replace something every time I went in.

I was completely blown away by the service that I experienced while working with Paul and Doug. They were helpful in finding a car that was suitable for my needs and giving me an above fair trade in for the car that I had. They were very understanding of my financial situation and did quite a bit to help me make the payments manageable and to keep me from feeling like I was drowning. I'd recommend them to a friend any day and, if I ever want a new car again, I'd buy from them once more!

I was looking all over the country for a 2014 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Ultimate Edition (1 of 2500). The team at Legends had one come in on a trade. They answered all of my questions promptly, provided all of the documentation I needed to feel comfortable committing to purchase the vehicle, even though I was coming in from out of town (Chicago area). The vehicle was in fantastic condition, even better than it appeared in the online photos. The Legends team detailed the car for me, and got me in and out in 90 minutes first thing on a Saturday morning so that I had the rest of the day to enjoy the drive home. Kevin Soc-Leiva and Paul Gosal did a nice job going over the car and handling the out-of-state paperwork.

More than two hours for an oil change and air filter change with 60 bucks for rotation ( most places would do for 19.99. ) Did not bother topping of fluids,apathic personel...

Good experience after contacting the General Manager (Tanner). Initially the work to be done (TSB) was scheduled out a week and the morning of the appointment I called before driving to the dealership I was told the part (3M adhesive) had not arrived. I would have driven all the way to the dealership and not been able to have the service performed. My time is worth something and I expressed that to the GM. Tanner made it right. He made sure I was notified when the part was in and provided me a loaner for the day. Thank you Tanner for going the extra mile.

My boyfriend just got a vehicle today , and at first when we got there we just wanted to get some information about cars and the process of getting it. The guys that helped us Andrew Donigan was really friendly. We asked to test drive the car he got in the car with us and while my boyfriend was driving he was explaining us how the car works. He was super friendly and took his time explaining us making sure we understood everything he said in a very profesional easy, his was of helping us was so good we ended up buying the car. We are really happy with the customer service he provided us today and defenytly we would buy another car there.

I had a good experience buying a car from Honda. Donald and Courtney worked very hard with us to make a deal that fit our budget.

My only complaint was with the finance department. They came back with an option that cut our down payment in half so we could get a better interest rate ; allowing them to make more money on interest. Fishy. The sales team was able to rectify the situation. Overall a good experience for my first car purchase.

Allison rounded out the team I worked with, expeditiously, yet thoroughly, going through all paperwork with me and explaining & demonstrating all the features of my new CRV, even though it was an hr after closing.

Awesome! Steve Boissanneau gave me an excellent price on the car I wanted right from the start. He even went the extra mile to find one of the few blue ex-t coupes in the area and got it brought out to the Legends. Deandre Clark was a professor when it came to the test drive and telling me all about the car! Allison Her was a wizard with the paper work and getting the car set up just how I wanted it! I really can't say enough positive things about the whole team and my experience at Legends Honda it was just amazing and I'm so happy with my car and with all the people that were involved.

Service Department

I am not reviewing their customer service - they were nice when I spoke with them, but I am in such shock at their rates I had to get on here and review this place to tell others how completely outlandish their prices are.

This service department charges $50 for a tire rotation!

This is almost always a $10 - $20 service at repair centers. It takes a technician almost no time to complete this (I know, I've worked on vehicles for 15+ years). This is the most absurd charge for a tire rotation I have ever heard of. If you enjoy being ripped off with a smile then go to this dealership to service your Honda. I, on the other hand, will never come here. $50...insane.

Met Josh and Rob last evening. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the car I was looking at...the Honda CR-V. I did not go to buy but drove home my new purchase! Everyone I met was friendly and had a smile on their face. This was the most enjoyable experience I have had at a car dealership. I recommend Legends Honda, and especially Josh and Rob, if you are looking for a new/used car. They treated me like an important person. :-) I like that.

I just got a new car today from Legends Honda. It was a great experience, I couldn't imagine it was any better. The all staff was very nice and professional. They worked with me since the beginning, they stayed in touch with me, emailed me, called me and made sure that I got the best deal possible! I worked with Michael Yehie and Brandon Adams. Brandon went with me for a test drive and explained all the details about the car. Michael worked with me on the deal of getting this car and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. He made sure I got the best possible deal! The communication and understanding was amazing. When everything was ready they even came to my place which is around 20 miles away and picked me up!

Thank you Adam H. and Scott E. at Legends Honda for providing me with top- notch customer service when I purchased my 2016 Honda Odyssey! Up until now, my husband and I had never had a positive car-buying experience. From our very first telephone conversation, I could tell that Adam was someone I wanted to do business with. {That, alone, says a lot because I am not a very trusting person when it comes to dealing with salespeople.} He gave me direct answers to my questions and was never pushy. He was also kind- but not in the "fake" way I had unfortunately grown accustomed to with other salesmen. Our conversation felt organic, and my instincts told me he was genuine. I told my husband: "If the numbers don't change when we go in to meet with this young man, I am going to buy a car from him. Period." Mind you, I had several dealerships calling and e-mailing me in an attempt to persuade me to purchase vehicles from them. I had just walked away from a deal at another local Honda dealership because the sales lady was inaccurate and misleading. The terms and the options on the vehicle kept changing. I kept "discovering" mistakes and alterations to what we already agreed upon. It felt like I had to "pull" the truth out of her. I don't take kindly to being lied to; so I walked away. What a breath of fresh air Adam was: when I went to the dealership everything was EXACTLY like he had told me over the phone! I was impressed with his kindness, integrity, professionalism and his breadth of knowledge about both the Honda Odyssey and the Toyota Sienna, which we were comparing. Add to that his strong faith in God (That's the "something" I sensed early on that made me want to do business with him!) and his great sense of humor, and you've got yourself one phenomenal individual!
Adam went above and beyond to meet our needs and requests (including going to great lengths to secure a vehicle from a different dealership when my husband changed his mind about that color at the last minute). He was motivated to sell, and his Manager, Scott E., stayed late and enabled him to customize the deal for us: thank you Scott!

On the morning we were set to return to the dealership to finalize all the paperwork, I received a phone call from a sales lady at a completely different dealership (not the one I walked away from) to provide me with the trade-in amount they could do on my former vehicle. I could have gotten a few more thousand dollars for my trade-in vehicle from her dealership, but I believed that Adam had given me the very best deal that he could honestly offer. And I wanted to honor the commitment I had made to finalize this deal with him. Yes, I liked him and respected him THAT much. Money is important, but so are relationships with good people and being impeccable with your word.

I bought a new Odyssey in July and the customer service was amazing! I drive a lot for work so I called yesterday for my first oil change. They were able to get me in hours after calling and Matthew at the service department was great!! Very detail oriented and professional. In our conversation we discovered we were both prior military. He then informed me of Hondas 10% military discount on any service and applied the discount for me that day. Worst first time buyer experience. I mean I've bough cars under 5k before, but this was my first time for financing, to build credit. I was told to put $500 down to hold the car for a day so I can get my family to check it out as it has to be low enough and big enough for everyone, had me sign some papers(I was under the impression it was to hold the car, not to buy it). I was told countless times my credit wasn't good....but it was...I mean was, who knows what it is now,it WAS little above average. I've gotten letters from credit places saying they ran my credit for $38k...the car I wanted was $13k, the man also failed to tell me it was an off lease car and when I said I won't pay full price...well...let's just say his hearing aid died or something because...why would you ignore a buyer like that? When ever I tried to make an offer or make the deal more agreeable, not unfair at all, I was shut down so fast every time I might be able to sue for whiplash...but he couldn't of been rude...right..must of been his hearing aid again...Sooooo after having my disabled mom try to get in the car and failed, they refused to back out the deal-and part of that deal was the fact my mom can get in and out..I made a scene (not too proud of that moment)and brought my mom into he building because apparently a 22yr old female isn't anything to be worried about, so after this my credit is amazingly good enough for a brand new fit! Can you imagine the glee I had? So I got my deposit back, and I'm ready to take my new super amazing credit else where...
