Kav Heidary was the salesman that I dealt with and I would highly recommend going through Kav if you're going to buy from Legends. He was very knowledgeable on the different models and helped me narrow down my search. Also, the sales manager at Legends was extremely helpful being that it was my first car buying experience. He walked me through all of the necessary steps and made sure that I knew everything that I was getting. I am loving my 2017 Honda Accord Sport and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sportier, fuel efficient car. Legends is one of the best dealerships in the nation and I promise that you won't be disappointed if you buy from them.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2018 Accord from Legends Honda. The staff were all extremely friendly and I never got the feeling that anyone was being dishonest. We had a great experience shopping at Legends Honda. There was no pressure during our buying process. We looked at the vehicle and spoke about pricing and any other fees and then they let us know we could take the information home and think about it. They didn't hound us after we left. They also didn't give us a deadline for the offer they gave us. They made the finance and vehicle delivery effortless. We were happy that the doc fee was half of what we paid the last time we purchased a car. Would definitely purchase from here again .

I honestly got a really good deal. Wasn't even looking to get a new car but ended up with lower payments and a better car. Kav Heidary is the man to work with, patient and communicates very fast. Gives you a good understanding of what is going on. Really thank him a ton for the opportunity. Works very well. Give this place a 5 star. Adam is also a great great man.

We were introduced to a sales associate who took us on a test drive which was very awkward. He did not introduce himself to us or ask us our names and spoke very little during the test drive. He did not tell us about the car and didn t really even tell us where to go or where to turn around and spent most of the time looking out the window.

Eventually we puchased the vehicle and were asked to have a seat in the waiting area until the financing department could see us. It was an hour wait, and our sales associate finally came over to talk to us 5 minutes before we made it in to financing. Prior to that, no one acknowledged us or even came over to give us an update about how much longer we would have to wait. Once we made it in to financing we only spent about 5 to 10 minutes, so I m still puzzled about why it took so long to get us in to begin with. We ultimatley spent 3-4 hours at the dealership the day we purchased our CRV.

The CRV we purchased was available in Omaha, so our sales assoicate and the general manager arranged to have it brought down by truck to Kansas City. We purchased our CRV on a Saturday, were told it would be on a truck the following Monday and delivered to our house on Tuesday. Tuesday arrived and we had still not heard any update on the car, so we had to call Legends Honda to get an update. They told us that they decided to put it on a truck versus having someone drive it down to us in order to save mileage. This was very confusing because we understood this to be the approach from the beginning, but our sales associate spoke of it as if this were a totally new strategy. Then we were told that it wasn t going to be here as promised on Tuesday and would instead be here on Thursday. This was very disappointing because we did not receive any kind of communication at all, we had to reach out to Legends Honda instead to figure out what was going on. The explanation we received about not being notified was that Legends Honda was busy, but it s hard to believe someone did not have 3-5 free minutes to call us and let us know our car was not going to be delivered on the expected date.

Eventually the general manager called back to apologize and offer a free oil change on one of our other cars which was appreciated. We were told we would be updated on Wednesday about the status of our car, we were not. Eventually we were called on Thursday morning and updated. Our sales associate arranged to bring the car out to our home at 5:30. Shortly before 5:30 we received a call from another associate at Legend s Honda, Ty. He stated that he would be delivering the car instead of the other person we had been working with.

The car was eventually delivered by Ty around 6:00. He did a great job explaining some of the features we had not yet received an explanation of. At this point he noticed that we did not have the 60 day license plates. He said we should have received this the day we purchased our vehicle. This was disappointing, but Ty had to go back to the dealership anyway and lived near our house, so he very generously offered to get the 60 day plates when we got back to work and then drop them off with us on his way home. As promised, he called us when he was on his way and put them on the car for us. Ty was extremely helpful and a stark comparrison to the poor experience we had up until this point.

Overall, our experience with Legend s Honda was very frustrating. The customer service was not impressive and did not make us feel appreciated or valued as customers. Our brother-in-law works with a dealership in Omaha that is part of Performance Auto Group, so he reached out to Legend s Honda (as fellow members of Performance Auto Group) and asked management to work with us. Part of the reason we came to Legends Honda was to support our brother in law by giving ou business to another member of Performance Auto Group. Ultimately, a huge let down.

If you must go to Legends Honda, make sure Ty helps you. Otherwise you are in for a bumpy ride.

From the initial phone call to ultimately leaving with TWO new cars...the people at Legends were awesome all the way through. It was by far the best car buying experience I've had dealing with Josh, Jon and Scott. We came in to look at a car for my daughter and left with not only her dream car, but my wife's dream car as well. If you're looking for a new car or used - these guys are the ones to talk to. No nonsense, no bs, straightforward, pleasant and fair.

Out of all my years of buying cars I always had someone with me..well when I went to Legend Honda I saw Nate, I told Nate what I was looking for as far as type of car I wanted as well as payments..any way I was a nervous wreck sitting and waiting..Nate notice and was very helpful..he got me into a new car and fit my budget this is the place you want to go and your car ask for Nate and you can tell them I sent cha if they help me..I know for a fact they can help you as well..good luck to you all..NATE 5 you are the best.

All in all I was very pleased with my experience. Ty and Shawn were very good and I feel like I got a great deal. Four stars instead of five because as a no-haggle cash buyer I feel like the process took a little longer than necessary.

Me and my wife our Dual Military stationed at Fort Riley. I had my eyes on a red 2018 Honda Accord Sport but unfortunately when I went up to look at it personally, someone beat me to it. Over the last month I've dealt with Bill in Service, and Josh and Shawn in Sales and they've all set the bar high for what quality service at a car dealership should be. Josh and Shawn were very friendly in helping my girlfriend purchase a vehicle with no strong arm tactics, we were treated like family.

Bill on the other hand helped us put remote start in both the new Honda we purchased and a Mazda. The Mazda had issues from Day 1 with the remote start, but the service department stood behind their service. They ended up removing the remote start and refunding us the money for it with no hassle what so ever. Great group of guys, I very seldom write reviews, but this group deserves a 5 star review.

This team goes above and beyond from online/telephonic scheduling for service, to drop-off and loaners when needed. Have been a customer over the years and will remain so. Great team!

Just got a new car from here, Super excited about my new Honda Civic. I came here really only window shopping and wasn't planning on buying anything. I left a few hours later with a great car from a great sales guy. I would recommend Anthony (Yes my name is the same as the Sales Person) to anyone.

I went in to Legends Honda this April wanting to trade my sedan in for a larger vehicle. I was nervous before going in because trading in a car and getting a new one is a huge decision. Stephen was my Salesman. He was kind, helpful, and patient with me. I asked many questions and he answered them all informatively and took his time with the entire process. We test drove several different cars, and I found the perfect one in the 2016 Honda CR-V.

Stephen worked with his managers to help get all of the finances and paperwork in order so that I could take my new vehicle home that evening. Further, he kept in contact with me due to the fact that my new CR-V had suffered slight hail damage before the purchase. Legends Honda took care of all of the damage for free and scheduled the repairs for just a few weeks after my purchase. During those two days, they supplied me with a rental car, which Stephen drove to my work and picked up my CR-V there.

Stephen and Legends Honda provided me with the utmost customer service and assistance during a process that I thought was going to be stressful and long; on the contrary, it was stress-free, took only a few short hours, and was as simple as could be. Best experience at a car dealership ever !!!! Shawn Habibi was very helpful, answered all my questions for days lol .... even after we took the car home, he still replied to all my questions. We went to buy my daughter her first car, a used civic.. I did a lot of research and went to several dealerships, Legends had the best deal, best price, with the best customer service. I have been in and out of Honda several times during this past month to figure out a problem with my 2016 Hr-V (bought at a non-Honda dealership). They did everything they could each time I went in there. In the last visit, they requested keeping my car for for 2 days, giving me a loaner car and persevering to finally figure out what was wrong. I have worked with most of the service men and they are all very friendly and extremely knowledgable about any Honda models. They were able to answer every question I had during this process. I would definitely recommend Legends Honda and all of the staff there. I will continue to come here for years to come!

I recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Legends Honda. I called in the evening on a Saturday and from the first conversation Deandre provided excellent customer service. I had been shopping for an Accord for approximately 6 weeks our hopes and desires were shared with 4 other local Honda dealerships, we were buyers not lookers. It was yearend closeout time October/ 2017 and no one was dealing; then the morning of 10/11 the Sales manager Shawn H. called with an unbelievable deal on a 2017 Accord. I immediately thought the closeouts have begun and drove to the Tiffany Springs Honda store (it was closer to my home) looking for the same deal, they laughed at me. well I'm laughing now I went immediately to Legend's got the deal I was promised over the phone and am now their biggest fan. The sales experience was superior to any I have previously experienced and that is saying a lot since I am 65 years old. I highly recommend Legend's Honda.

The salesman lost our business today, he flat out called my Fiance a liar and tried to push us into a deal. He wouldn't give us a bottom line number and when my father asked what his bottom line number was he got extremely rude. We took our business to Cable Dahmer Chevrolet instead, they were top notch and I will buy from them again.

Josh, in internet sales, did a tremendous job with my husband and I. We were talking to several dealers both locally and throughout Missouri and Josh was the most professional and gave us the best price and service. When we made an appointment to buy the car we were in and out within 2 hours, my crying 4 month old may have sped up the transaction, and Josh and his team were willing to stay late to help us learn about all the new features of our new Odyssey. Additionally when a screw had caused me to put air in the tire twice, I took the car back to Legends and they replaced the tire at no charge since we had less than 200 miles on it. I really appreciate the low pressure experience at Legends Honda. I am almost 300 miles away so I was placing a lot of trust that Legends Honda would be good place to shop for vehicles. This past weekend I purchased a 2015 Odyssey at Legends Honda, and had a great experience doing so. Reggie and Sean were incredibly helpful, and great to work with though the entire process. They both were very professional and listened to all of my needs and expectations. I have typically found the car buying experience to be absolutely miserable, but this time was quite different. Reggie and Sean earned my repeat business for the next time I am in need of a new vehicle, and I will gladly send all of my friends their direction.

Took my vehicle into Legends service recently as I could not seem to get an appointment with the dealer I usually do business with (Tiffany Springs). I was leaving on a large road trip with my family and wanted our Odyssey checked out. I was instantly greeted at my vehicle by Dwight who listened to my needs and welcomed me to Legends Honda. Dwight asked me if it would be ok if the tech did a multi point inspection on my vehicle in addition to the items my car was calling for B 1 3. I agreed as they do not charge for this inspection. Dwight explained to me what each letter and code meant and the price for each item which the other dealer I had worked with had never done. While standing on the service drive it was pointed out to me that my tires were getting very low on tread and the would check them and let me know. I was offered a shuttle ride to the Legends or any other business that is close by. I had brought a book to read so I opted to stay in the waiting area. Very nice area with many sitting areas. About 20 or so minutes later Dwight came into the waiting area with the printed inspection report. The report was very detailed from all fluid conditions, brake pad conditions and such. As Dwight pointed out while on the service drive, my tires were in need of replacement. They measured 2 or less on tread depth. I was asked If I would like to go back in the shop area and inspect the tires while my vehicle was lifted up. Another new experience for me. I agreed. I found the tires exactly as the report showed. I was shown the tires on a newer car that was beside mine and it was clear it was time to replace them especially since my family was about to leave on a 3k road trip. I was provided 3 options on tires. My van came with Michelin tires and that is what I wanted. It was suggested that I do an alignment when putting 4 new tires on. Sounded like a good idea as well. Of course this added time to my appointment so I opted to take their shuttle to Nebraska Furniture. A little later I got a text that my car was ready. I called the shuttle van phone and they picked me up 5 minutes later. Arrived back at the dealer to find my vehicle waiting on the service drive for me. Dwight went over the inspection report and explained the road hazard plan and free rotation services that came with the new tires. I left Legends feeling more informed about my vehicle than ever. Great job everyone. New customer for sure now.

Service staff are nice but sales team was condescending at best. The sales woman I had decided to eat a bag of chips while discussing/negotiating the terms of the sale. Go to Olathe Honda for a better experience.

Deandre was great. We got an excellent deal on our trade in and love our new Hyundai Tucson. The whole process was quick and easy. They even drove the paperwork out to my husbands work to sign so he didn t have to drive out after work. They switched my plates, prepared my title for me, and got me a great interest rate. I recently bought a relatively low milage used vehicle from Legends Honda. The vehicle was in overall good condition. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to some of my requests to do what they should have already taken care. The detailing on the vehicle was less than adequate. I had to ask to them to buff out a large surface scratch, clean carpet stains, and to clean a filthy cupholder. I had to spend hours detailing the vehicle properly. I live several hours away; they conveniently failed to post pictures or inform me of a large paint chip, several inches in diameter on an other wise perfect body and paint. They rejected my request to repaint or replace the section but instead they put touch-up paint on it, gave me more touch-up paint and admitted to me that it will still look bad, it does. There was a rear pinion seal leak, found in a personal diagnosis by a local shop, instead of repairing it, they split the cost with me. They chose to make the extra money rather than make things right. I also had to contact them to email me a temporary tag that they failed to send.

I just purchased the new 2018 Honda Accord Sport and I love it! Car buying can be very stressful and overwhelming but this experience was far from that. Legends Honda took very good care of me. Allison Her was very helpful and kind. On her day off she came in to make sure we were taken care of. She didn't make us feel pressured or stressed. Shawn L was also so good to us.
