Michael Oliver is very patient. As the only daughter of an old horse trader and as an old experienced car buyer myself, I am one who makes a product specialist wish he had been on break when I walked in. However, Michael and my son found several things they had in common, appreciation of me being the greatest. Buying my Rally Red Civic was a very enjoyable experience!

We were wanting to trade my wife's rav4 in for a car because she didn't need the 4x4 anymore because she had to leave her job for medical reasons and wanted something better on gas. we went to legends Honda because that was what she wanted but knew it was pretty impossible because Olathe Toyota had taken us for granted and we were screwed. The 2 Honda employees ( Shawn Lemieux, John "jay" Nash ) we worked with went above and beyond to get her into a car. she is happier than I have seen her in a long time. We will forever refer everyone we know to legends Honda.

I had been looking for a pickup for about five months before my wife and I finally decided that we should finally go test drive some vehicles to find the best deal. Our first stop was Legends Honda. We were greeted by Russel Hawk, who was extremely knowledgable about all the vehicles we were interested in. I wish we wouldn't have wasted our time going anywhere else. We told Russ we wanted to shop around to make sure we were getting the best deal. We went to a Toyota Dealerships, other Honda dealerships, a Chevy dealership, and none were even close to showing the level of professionalism and price that Russ and the Legends Honda team offered us. When we sent emails asking questions we got quick replies. This was also the only location that acknowledged my wife as part of the buying process. The other dealerships barely made eye contact with her. I won't even consider purchasing a car from another dealership ever again. i can say without a doubt that we got the very best deal on the vehicle we were looking for, exceeded all expectations. I live an hour away, and it is well worth the drive to go in person and speak to Russ or one of the many friendly faces at Legends Honda.

Buying our Pilot from Legends Honda was one of the most pleasant car purchase my husband and I have experienced. Not a lot of bartering and they do push you into purchasing extra features and/or warranty upgrades. If you know what you what, they do their best to deliver.

My husband needed his first oil change and went to the dealership w/o an appointment. They fit him in and finished quickly. It was nice.

Friendly service department and their coupons have great deals on oil changes. Saved me $60

I really like the buying process at Legends Honda. It is much more relaxed and non threatening than the old sales process. Breckin was a very energetic but polite sales associate. And Brandon was an easy manager to work with. All in all, a great buying atmosphere!!!

What can I say Derrick, Allison & Hardeet where great to work with. A couple months ago I bough a car and not even after owing it for two months I was rear ended and my brand new car was totaled. Derrick went above and beyond in his professionalism to get me into exactly what I wanted and more. Allison also was a great, professional, courteous and polite as well in the entire buying process. And Hardeet the same finance manager we dealt with prior was nothing more then helpful in finishing the process. They make great things happen!

Service A1 - in and out in less than 45 minutes. Only negative - last fall salesman Michael Yehie said my first oil change would be free, but it wasn't. Not a huge issue for me.

I just wrote a super long, impressive review but it didnt save. Long story short....I was unhappy with service I recieved regarding a window tint. With in 24 hours they picked up my car from home, got my windows tinted, delivered my car that same evening to me at work . With a full tank of gas! Thank you to everyone who was involved. Very new and nice dealership. My wife and I recently purchased an Accord from the Legends team. Their sales process is a little different, but refreshing. Instead of going back and forth with various people, you negotiate directly with the sales manager and they handle all of the payment process after you strike a deal. They offered by far the best deal before we even decided to come to the dealership. All of the staff was incredibly friendly even if we chose to forgo add on's, options, etc (We worked with Michael and Steven). They even had us out the door in 2 hours (start to finish) which is unheard of. Highly recommend you visit Legends if you're looking to buy a Honda.

Everyone here was easy going and agreeable to work with. They matched and beat the other dealers' offers, and while minor, even included bonus perks for buying off the lot (tinting or all-weather mats). They were nice, personable, professional, no-pressure, and know how to treat customers. After spending the past three-plus months shopping around, I was blown away at the absence of the usual sales 'tactics' that you read about, which I also discovered nearly all the other dealerships employ tirelessly. The test drive was to my house to let my wife and kid check it out, and then without hesitation gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, car price, and even lower financing. Ty, Tanner, Shawn L... these guys are the ones you want to buy a car from. The three of them most likely just earned Legends Honda a lifetime customer. If Honda was smart, they would have all the other dealerships send their product specialists, sales agents, and managers there for training. These guys are doing it right, and make all the others look like the cliches of the auto industry.

I found Sergio to be a great salesman to work with. Having a trade in always makes it harder for me to reach a deal, and when starting far apart, it's harder to meet in the middle. With persistence we were able to get the deal done, and I'm thrilled to be driving my new Civic Si coupe. I found a vehicle online on Labor Day that seemed like the perfect vehicle to fit my husband and I's criteria for a pre-owned car. After inquiring online, I quickly received a text response from Courtney who I asked all my questions to. She continued all week to respond promptly to my questions and found the answer when she didn't know it. She worked with me to plan meeting times, remote start appts etc. It was just 6 days later I signed papers. Her and Zach we're phenomenal on every step of the way... Going out of their way to make some of my requests happen as courtesy of the company (floor mats) and also fulfilled my annoying requests like retrieving items I left in the car I traded in. Legends Honda matched a trade in value that another car dealership offered which was helpful to make this investment a bit more financially acceptable. Courtney was just a text away when I came up with yet another question. Courtney and Zach especially, but with the help of their team, made this tedious process simple for me and my family. Kav and Shawn are the epitome of professional and I wish all would emulate them. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and what our price points were and found us a great fit. I purchased a CPO 2016 Honda Accord here, working with Josh Flynn. It was an extremely good, professional, efficient, and enjoyable experience. I ended up going to several dealerships, and noticed a couple things about Legends: one, when the other dealers matched offers, Josh was able to beat them; two, dealing with Josh was no-pressure at all, very clear, very reasonable--notably different than the two other places I went; and three, you just didn't get the feeling that they were only out to make a buck; it seemed like they wanted you to be happy with the right car for what you wanted, and were willing to meet you halfway with a deal. Josh made sure I knew about my other options but didn't push anything. After I left (before I purchased) he and the sales manager stayed in touch without being annoying about it at all. When I came back to purchase everything was very quick and smooth. When I let them know an extended warranty I was interested in was too pricey for me, Josh went and made a much improved offer for it. This last thing is small, but I also appreciated how he didn't try to sell us on all those last-minute ridiculous super-specific warranty features from the other programs. Overall just a great experience. Would recommend to anyone, but especially people who don't like the more aggressive sales tactics elsewhere.

brought my Civic in to have a slight vibration that i could feel through the steering wheel checked before i drove on vacation. was seen promptly, and after a brief period of time, the mechanic came back and wanted me to take him on a test ride. he had already checked the balance on the wheels, which were slightly off, and fixed them. on the drive, everything was smooth again. went back to pay, and they said it was on the house.

this is the 2nd or 3rd time i've taken my Civic to Legends Honda (a service and some vandal broke my rear window), and every time i've been taken care of in an orderly and friendly fashion, very professional. Glad they built it a few years ago, it's now the closest Honda dealership near me and where i'll continue to go.

**Edit/Update: had to take the civic back to fix an issue a local mechanic caused with electrical. They took care of us once again, including a loaner on the house for near 3 weeks!

Michael Williams saved our Vacation! We started a 3 week trip to Florida driving through Kansas City from Colorado when our 2016 Pilot Elite developed a knocking sound. Unfortunately it was a bearing failure in the engine (completely unheard of for this Honda motor) and we were faced with days to get a new engine, but instead it just took a couple hours to trade in our broken pilot for a New 2021 Pilot Elite. Shout out to Brandon Zatar who searched for vehicle possibilities both new and used, was willing to find our exact color if we spent the night in KC, but in the end we chose a silver vice blue Elite and ended up in St Louis for the night, and arrived on schedule in Florida for our vacation. The big irony....we paid off our 2016 Pilot on oct 18th. On Oct 19th the engine failed on the road trip. The big picture: Legends Honda worked quickly to get us in a new vehicle, and although we have a car payment it is $304 less per month than our old payment was and our ride is the newest, Best Honda Pilot yet. Also Rainer Will in the service department was very good to work with even though he had to tell us our bad engine news. We have purchased several vehicles from dealers over the years and even though it is 591 miles from our house to Legends Honda, We want to come back here for our next purchase.

After searching and talking with 5 different Honda dealerships, Jim at Legends Honda was the absolute BEST!!! He didn't try to play salesman games, went straight to the bottom line, and other Honda dealerships were hesitant to give me as great of an offer he did right off the bat without having to talk him down. On top of this, he conducted himself in the most professional and kind manner. Save yourself the struggle and go straight to JIM at LEGENDS Honda. It was a nightmare and I was personally offended by other sales reps at OTHER Honda locations, when I would leave and then be contacted by them with better deals each time. Jim gave me the best price and quality service without hesitation or playing games.

Derrick Young was the greatest I have ever worked with. He made it so easy for me, usually when your sitting there trying to make a deal they are trying to tell you some bs, but he listened to my needs and my wants and he made it happen. He made sure I was comfortable gave me refreshments, and he told me I wouldn't be there all day and it wasn't but few hours and was driving off in my wifes new car. Thanks again Derrick Young.

I purchased a 2018 Honda CR V Ex this last week. The staff was friendly and helped me resolve any concerns that I had. I needed a car that would meet the needs of my wife and one of her friends who has a disability getting in and out of cars. The CR V met all of our needs. The Ex is a solid car. It is both easy and fund to drive. It has all of the features that I was looking for. This is our third Honda, and they just keep getting better .

Great experience switching over leases! Brandon got all of the information before I even arrived and Brecken was incredibly nice and helpful and quick getting all the papers signed! Quick, easy and fluid process!

I was originally very excited to purchase a car from this dealership after working with a few of their salesmen. In the end, the APR they offered me was higher than I wanted so I had to walk away. However, ever since then, I have received multiple credit denial letters in the mail. I checked my credit score and discovered that Legends Honda pulled my credit 12 TIMES that day. This is especially frustrating since I had a distinct conversation with the salesman Michael Yehie for over 10 minutes where he ASSURED me he would not pull my credit more than once. This man lied to my face and has destroyed my credit score and financial future, and any hopes of getting approved for a car anywhere else. I have tried multiple times to contact their managers Doug and Charbel to dispute these unauthorized credit pulls but have been ignored and messed around with even more. These people will do anything to make a quick sale, even if it means destroying your personal finances.

I will tell everyone I know who s looking to buy a car to go to legends Honda. They took great care of us. Our salesman was polite, personable, and interested, not your typical pushy sales guy. Everyone we interacted with was down to earth and kind. We told them what we needed and they made it happen. They have a earned a life long customer in me. Great place to buy a car!

The engines on the new CRVs are leaking fuel into the crank case and the dealership will not fix it. Do not buy a Honda!

Amazing experience with sales Kyle O'neil and manager Scott!! From the start, Kyle was down to earth and very personable. There was never any high pressure sales. Kyle genuinely cared about my friend and I the entire time. He was honest and listened to my friend's needs/wants. My friend really needed a new car and he didn't have any credit. After being turned down and taken advantage of at other dealers, my friend and I stopped in to see Kyle. I didn't think my friend could get approved for a new car or find one in his budget, but I was so wrong! Kyle and Scott not only got my friend approved, but got him a great car that he actually wanted and all within his budget!! I am talking about my friend getting denied on used beater cars and Kyle and Scott got him approved for a brand new 2016 Honda Civic. I was truly blown away at their service and commitment to the customer. You can buy cars at a lot of places, but if you want have the best genuine customer friendly car buying shopping experience and get the best deal, go see Kyle O'neil and Scott at Legends Honda.

By far the worst buying experience ever. The sales staff was walking around looking lost, the finance department didn't process my paperwork right and I had to go sign for the loan to be processed at a minimum 3 times after driving around with the vehicle for almost 2 months. Tags almost expired while waiting on them to complete the processing of the loan. I won't even purchase a car tire cap from this place.

I totaled a vehicle. I had a week to buy & purchase on a strict budget as a single mom. Thankfully Roberto was patient & took a few test drives & what I wanted in a vehicle. With in a few days Adam had lined out several vehicles that fit my description & budget & McKayla spent the day with us deciding which one to purchase that best suited my needs. For a person on a budget who had limited time to purchase I was very impressed, generally I HATE car shopping but not here.
