Poor quality, inexistent, catastrophic customer service!

It is a victim of the National Pen. Only velvet pen pouch does not reach.
The pen arrived.
It will be meaningless unless it arrives in sets.
It is too late to reach Japan.
Please do not sell it to Japan.
Received correspondence, Shimizu, Tamari, Koshimoto, please be firm.

Catastrophic experience, to be avoided absolutely! 10 emails to customer service and I am being sued when the equipment delivered was 50% defective, VOID!

Lousy, disastrous customer service, 50% of the goods received in poor condition and I am harassed with reminders! Avoid, scam!
