We had a great experience at Legends Honda. Jon took good care of us and helped us get the car we wanted. We were very pleased with the whole process.

I've always had great experiences with their courteous, timely & knowledgeable staff in the service deptartment. Ten days ago, we walked in without an appt, to look at used Odysseys to upgrade our '09. Typically I'm guarded & leary when stepping foot into a dealership, but Shawn's approach was very straightforward from the get-go. He sincerely wanted us to get the right van for us. We looked at a few used vans & a gorgeous new '17 on the showroom floor. He also showed us all the changes to the new 2018 model.
Once we decided we wanted a white 2018 EX-L with RES, he searched 6 states to find one. Within 2 days, he had the exact one we wanted ready for us. The safety features & technology are quite impressive, and the new body style is unparalleled by any other maker out there, in my opinion. Legends has an incredible staff, beautiful facility & vast inventory.
Based on my consistent experience at Legends, I would say you HAVE to go there when purchasing your next vehicle!

Hardeep and Brecken Bauer- Latta were great. I almost thought I would ve gotten the Honda Pilot of my dreams but Hardeep made it happen. He pays attention to details and listen. Breken has exceptional customer service skills. I tip my hat of to those two. Thank you for such a great experience.

My wife and I went in looking to upgrade her Civic and see if we could get her in a CRV. We were greeted by Ty and his trainee Steven when we first got there and told them what we were trying to accomplish. They both went well out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of all the way through the process. This was the third vehicle that we have bought from Legends and I will be back when it's time to trade in my Civic for an upgrade.

I had a positive experience and Legends Honda and would highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Dominic and he was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

After a TERRIBLE experience at Tiffany Springs Honda, we drove out to Legends Honda with the hopes of buying a new Accord. Ren Patterson made the entire experience a pleasant one and we were thrilled to drive home in a new car. This is truly the first time in my life that I would classify a car buying experience as VERY pleasant. Aug 4 we went to the Legends dealership where we met our salesman, Josh Flynn, He was very personable and professional and knew the Honda Product inside and out. I would like to commend the sales manager, Shawan Lemieux, on his excellent dealings with us. We purchased a new Honda Accord with everything we wanted on it with no compromises. These two gentlemen made it happen What a great team they were. Our experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. I would definitely buy another Honda from Legends Honda..

I just recently purchased the new 2017 Honda CRV and I couldn't be more satisfied!!! I grew up driving an SUV and needed to downsize a few years ago. This was a tough choice but the right choice moving to the Honda Civic. This was a great car but I needed more room and space. The newly resigned Honda CRV appealed to me and after one test drive I was in love!!! I appreciate the sales department at Legends. They explained the process from start to finish and really made me feel at ease! My ride was in tip-top shape! I could not be more happy with my choice and will always choose Legends Honda!!!

After seeing a special low interest rate (1.9%) on new vehicles, I decided to give it a shot at less money coming out of my pocket, while maintaining a great Honda SUV. I found I didn't need a full size SUV, so I opted for the HR-V. While I've only had it 5 days, I can say I am extremely pleased with my purchase and as in the past, the sales staff, finance manager, and service department have always treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Michael Yehie and Brandon Adams are the power team you want when buying a car. They are amazing at what they do and made this experience much easier than we expected. They are knowledgeable about their products and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable with every aspect of car buying.

I thought I was gonna have trouble getting some warranty work done the service manager called me met me personally and took care of the whole problem I'll definitely bring my car back for other mechanical needs

Staff was friendly and helpful. Only down side was there for awhile for an oil change. 2 1/2 hours but I get it. They were very busy and sometimes that happens. Overall it was good.

Great experience all the way. Found the car I wanted online, filled out credit app and Shane contacted me about financing quickly. The numbers were great so I took the drive up from Olathe to test drive and sign the paperwork. It took longer for the car detailing then the entire paperwork process. Will absolutely go back.

Went in for an oil change and the nice folks at Legends Honda were able to get me in QUICK. I'm a busy guy with many leather bound books whose apartment smells of rich mahogany and time is important. I was quoted a price for the work. they came back to me with coupon which saved me money. It was quick, easy, convenient, and the coffee there was delicious..... and stuff.

I was in and out in no time. There was no haggling over down payments.I ordered the Honda Pilot that I wanted and they had it to me in two days.I will be ordering my next truck from them. They have a Ram dealership in Nebraska. They said I could order it here and they will bring it to me. They have sister dealerships for every brand except Chevy right now. Anthony Montalvo was an amazing sales person! He was very personable and made you feel very comfortable with the sales process. I use to work at a car dealership and worked all different departments and know personally that it's rare to find someone that great.

We went to a total of three Honda dealerships in the greater KC area and BY FAR this was the best experience (we ended up purchasing here). We had very prompt, clear communication via their emailing system (props to Allison), then direct, knowledgable in-person sales conversation (props to Nate), and thorough, genuine financial interactions to finalize the sale (major props to Dane). Everything was open, fair, and competitive thus giving us our best experience AND PRICE! So thrilled to be working with them in the future and I know I will be in great hands for my oil changes, maintenance, and financial transactions moving forward.

I came here for a second opinion about my check engine light. I saved $1200.00 and my issue has not returned. It s better to go to the dealer than to try to save a buck . The service people at this place a really nice and I felt I got a great deal.

I bought a car from here 2 years ago and had a GREAT experience, so, naturally I returned to trade it in and get a newer vehicle. The experience was okay at best. I got the vehicle I wanted, no where near the price I wanted it for, I will say that they people I worked with were really nice. There were some mistakes with the paperwork I filled out, they put the wrong VIN number on the original paperwork so I had to drive out of my way to refill out paperwork. I will give 4 stars because I did get the car I wanted even if the price is not what I expected and also because the people were nice.

Don't believe these people , be extra cautions when signing up, you will be told the final price as $X but when you sign up it will be $X+$250+their admin fee.

We had a very nice experience working with Legends Honda for our new car. Since the sales team does not earn commissions, we were not pressured to make decisions. It was a respectful relationship.

I came to the Honda legends because it was an emergency, I had my bumber off and everything and they did not offer me no service, they acted like I wasn t there, didn t even check my car. Not recommend.

No clear Staff Support. We walk through the store and the staff said they gonna hold the car. But when we arrived the showroom the next day, they said the car is gone and they were no proper response from the staff. This is not the right way to handle the customers. I really had a good opinion on Honda, but by this incident We lost that Honda should hire a good staff who is having patience. I'm having Honda Civic which I'm going to sell just because of this incident and I dono why they behaved with us in such away, they didn't even give minimun respect to us. I really hate Honda Staff near Legenda Mall, Kansas City.

My car purchasing experience could not have been better. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and easy to deal with. All questions that I had were answered. The price I received on my new vehicle was very good, as well as the trade in amount I received for a high mileage vehicle in need of repair at the time of trade was fair. I will definitely be looking here first next time I need to make a car purchase.

The sales experience was great. They worked hard to get a vehicle ready for me VERY quickly, and promised exceptional service after the sale, as I had some items that needed to be taken care of at a later time. This portion of the deal would get five stars.

Unfortunately, that's where the service ended. Once the documents were signed and the check was written, everyone changed their tune. I was promised a detail the day I left and suddenly there wasn't time. Now, they did clean up the vehicle decently, but it was not a detail by any means.

I came back to have those necessary items handled and it was nothing but a hassle. The vehicle was not ready when promised, was not detailed (despite them saying they had done so, twice), etc. The first time I came in to pick it up, a service member had simply covered paint chips not had them buffed and corrected as they said they would and the vehicle was not clean at all. The second time I came in to pick up the vehicle there were spots all over the vinyl from redying the seats, and they said there were some spots on the vinyl that they scrubbed with a power cleaner and wouldn't come out. I simply wiped the spots with spit (gross, I know) and they came right off. The service received was terrible, and I was in a position where I couldn't wait another day, as I was leaving town. I went home and detailed the vehicle myself, and all stains were removed by simple effort.

While I wouldn't say don't ever buy from them, as I did get a great price, I definitely would not give them any money until all services had been performed.

Izmeralda and Shawn made our buying experience easy. Legends also had an excellent of selection of vans to pick from. We will go back!

Legends Honda is a great place to purchase a vehicle. What can be a tedious, stressful process was a fun, friendly, comfortable experience for us. Everyone we encountered here was a pleasure to deal with. They definitely go the extra mile to give the best possible customer service and satisfaction. Rob Weiner found me my 2016 Civic Touring in the color I wanted that EVERYONE else in town said couldn't be found! He found it within a few minutes, drove to get it and had it at the dealership in just a few days! I did the credit online and got the interest rate I was happy with! Nothing but good things to say! Excellent Service Here. I enjoyed working with Mr.Franklin while shopping for a used Car. I ultimately purchase a 2013 Sentra elsewhere, but not because of problems with the Dealer. I just got a better deal on the Sentra, which brought it in line Price Wise with the Used cars I was looking at , at Legends Honda.

I recently purchased a car from Legends Honda and it was the BEST car shopping experience I have ever had! I was greeting by a gentleman named Jordan. Jordan was awesome. He was very upbeat, had a great spirit and truly wanted to put in the RIGHT car, not just sell me A car. He asked questioned, was very knowledgeable and helped to provide me an overall great experience. Even when I didn't know what I wanted, he kept positive and helped me narrow down my selection. When showing me vehicles he would explain features in real life scenarios. He was truly a pleasure to work with and kept me laughing. Car shopping can be stressful and he eliminated that. I'm very grateful he was my sales person. Par was also great. Showing me other options and introducing me to the 2019 Honda Civic Sport! He also helped close out all the paperwork and work numbers. He was also very helpful and flexible to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. I highly recommend this location to anyone! I'll be purchasing a vehicle for my son soon and will be coming back here. I hope the Legends Honda Mgmt, understand what a great worker they have with Jordan and the asset he is to the company. Customer Service is huge to me and the team surpassed all my exceptions!

Absolutely horrible experience with the staff here at Legends Honda. Take my advice, go shop somewhere else or you will leave with a bad taste in your mouth after shopping here. The staff will promise you one thing and do something completely different. They don't call you back either.
