Purchased a 2018 Pilot yesterday. The customer service was phenomenal. Jordan assisted us through the entire process and it was seamless. His knowledge and professionalism were 5 star. I highly recommend Honda Legends and Jordan!

My experience at Legends Honda was the best I've had when purchasing a vehicle. The Sales Manager, Jeff was great to work with and made the deal happen. The Negotiations and Financing were a breeze because of all the knowledge between the team. Amber and Jordan also did a great job getting us on our way in our new vehicle. My wife and I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Fit from Legends. This was our second purchase from them. In both transactions we were treated fairly and professionally. Bothe Aaron, our salesperson and Shawn, our sales manager, did an excellent job on this transaction, they located the car my wife wanted and had it brought in from Iowa, communicating well throughout the process.

Fast friendly service. They offer drinks and comfortable seating while you wait. A great spot to get some work done on your laptop.

Great customer service! We were on the hunt for a great used car and saw a few we liked online here. When we arrived it was very busy, as Saturdays typically are. There was no one immediately available to help us but after 5-10 minutes we met with Allison Her. She was very kind and helpful and with the assistance of her sales manager Jeff, we found our car. There was no stress involved in the process or high pressure sales pitches. It was a great experience all around! Highly recommend Legends Honda.

Chad Kleppin was excellent and kept me informed about my vehicle's progress and what exactly needed to be done. He had my car finished in a timely manner and they have a shuttle that can take you to the Legends Outlets to shop while you wait! I had a great experience both times I've been there.

Despite the fact that we did not purchase a vehicle from Legends Honda, I wanted to express our appreciation for Product Specialist, Don Franklin for the gentle, understanding, personable and sincere way he treated us while we were considering the purchase of a pre-owned Chrysler Town & Country. He did everything he could to price the vehicle within our price range and to make sure that we were fully satisfied with the condition of the vehicle. How convenient the manager and the supervisor are gone for the day! Because I need somebody to explain to my why it took 7 hrs for them to change my transmission fluid and replace my brakes.

My Lease was expiring on April 14th, and with Social Distancing in full effect it became challenging to do the necessary investigation on a new vehicle. Zach and the rest of the team were very accommodating, doing all communication over Phone / Text / or Email. They setup an appt for me to come in and sign the paperwork on my new lease very quickly. No hassle. Would very much recommend.

Don't Buy any used car from this dealer.....They are calling for the resolution for any negative reviews but they never work for resolution.
I have been called for resolution from Tenner Tobbler (General manager). after checking the car by service manager (Nick Bross) for 2-3 hours. They gave me very cheap trad deal...I told him to resolve some major issues in my car but Service manager has refused and told me to get back after talking to the general manager(Tenner Tobbler) as he was not available during that time. I never received any call from Nick...Also I tried calling for follow up with Nick Bross for around 10 times (with 5 times voice mail). I never got response from him. I also put the voice mail for 4-5 timed to Tenner Tobbler but never got call in return from him also....Again I would suggest rather than buying expensive car from this dealer, buy it from any individual.

The legends Honda changed my though. I was thinking before buying used car from one of the best dealer in Kansas (Legend Honda) that "before selling the used car they are fixing the current issue of the car" but they are not. I have done below emails within 2 months of buying the car. I did get 4-5 follow ups on my email but never got response on my email.

I would like to say my car purchase experience with legends Honda is poor.

I would like to highlight some issues:

1. The Rear left side door was making malfunctioning while closing. it is not properly locked for lot of times and the door open signal on dashboard and alarm was beeping continuously at
the same time. (This issue was highlighted on 7th Jan 2018 by attached email but never been responded.)
2. Since i bought this car i did jump start for two times on 25th and 31st January 2018.
3. I start hearing humming noise from front of my car on 2nd of Feb 2018.

For humming noise i called to legend Honda and booked the appointment on last Saturday.

Legend mechanic was kept my car for inspection on Saturday. After inspection the Service consultant hand over the estimation to fix the humming noise and other service recommendations. I received the estimation and i become shocked. Here I am attaching the estimation for your reference.

Legend Honda has changed all my perceptions and thoughts.

1. If i am buying the car from one of the well known Honda dealer than all existing required services would be fixed. But looking to the existing issues and recommendation
estimations I am thinking that this car never been went to service from the previous owner to me.
2. I never been expected this much expense in less than two months time after buying this car from legends Honda.
3. My thought was Dealer like Legends are fixing all the existing issues,required services/ recommendations after receiving the car from previous owner and than putting for resale.

I paid full asking amount or my car while purchase even I tried to bargain a much with Katie Wilson but she refuse to reduce single pennies from asking amount. she was telling that we never reducing the price.

My only concern is that if i am paying the full asking amount of any items than expecting the same thing in return.

Purchased a new Odyssey and had a trade. I had some unusual circumstances that required a lot of the deal to be done quickly, and over the phone. Everyone (Shawn, Zach, and Jeff) were extremely accommodating and did their best to move the process along. Maddie was extremely efficient with all of the paperwork and explanation of the vehicle. They were EXTRAORDINARILY busy, but everything ran along smoothly - the sales team was practically running between clients working to keep everyone happy and moving through the process. Buying a car is typically not fun, but this was really great.

I recommend Legends Honda. Although, in the end I did not purchase the vehicle from them, I had very good experience. Josh Flynn, a sales manager, gave me a competitive price from the start. He did a great job. and was a pleasure to deal with. The next time I am in the market for a Honda, I will definitely be contacting Legends Honda.

We were in the market for an SUV and decided on the Honda CR-V. We went with the Legends as they were very responsive and price was competitve. Gave bottom line price from the get go, which we like. Katie Wilson was great to work with in putting it all together and Andrew Doniphan was awesome in helping us get to know the details of the car. All in all...easy car shopping and great service!

Kav was a great product specialist to work with at Legends Honda. Not only is he polite and knowledgeable, but his customer service exceeded my expectations. He even washed my dirty licence plates before returning them to me! He definitely earned my repeat business.

I had the best car buying experience in purchasing my new Honda Odyssey Elite from Legends Honda. I would like to especially thank Shawn Habibi who, from start to finish, made the process professional, honest and very straightforward. We originally purchased an Odyssey Elite that had some issues. After three weeks of trying to resolves these issues, Shawn made a point to ensure that his customer was happy and got us into another new vehicle at no cost to us. When we had the problems with the first Odyssey we were working with Legends to try to fix the problem but also contacted American Honda to make them aware of the serious problems we were having. They were very slow and/or unresponsive and did not seem to want to bother with the problems our vehicle had. Legends Honda (specifically Shawn) stepped up to the plate and remedied the problem for us so that they would deal with Honda on the problematic vehicle and, as previously stated we were able to get a new Odyssey Elite at no cost to us. This was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Shawn gave us a fair price for the vehicle and our trade in without pressure. If I ever decide to purchase another Honda it will only be through Legends Honda.

I would also like to thank Alec Ruffini and the service department for their help with my first vehicle. Alec was always very courteous and professional when I brought my vehicle in. He kept me informed of all the issues and provided me with a rental vehicle. He did the best he could to work with Honda to find out what the problem was and get it fixed.

Legends Honda was a truly great car buying experience. From being greeted right when you walk in the door to the end of the sale. Allison explained all the car features and let us test drive the Honda CRV she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout everything. Deandre walked us through the financing process so we had all the numbers up front, he really worked to get us the best deal. I was really impressed with all the staff and would recommend to family and friends!

My experience at Honda was spectacular where my dream came true, they treated me with kindness, thanks to Kevin and Esmeralda thanks to their help. I am happy with my Honda. If I am super happy, I recommend asking for Kevin or Esmeralda.

I had a wonderful experience, bought a 2018 Accord Sport. I have been to couple of Honda showrooms in Overland Park KS, where the staff weren't up to the mark. But this particular Honda showroom has very good staff. I am very much satisfied with the service and the product.

It was alright, they ALWAYS order the wrong parts, I've gone in there, and a friend's and just heard the people talk to other customers and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS order the wrong part.. took almost a month to get the head unit installed ... besides that It was a good experience.. the people were really nice and ty was a super cool guy to work with and made it less stressful. Not bad for my first time buying a car but could have been better

Wife and I stopped in to look at the HRV, salesman was very helpful, not pushy or overbearing. We didn't buy but enjoyed the visit.

Overall very good. We called them after the Honda dealer near us wouldn't negotiate down from MSRP for the new CRV, and they quoted us a deal. They have a different setup than many dealers, as they have the managers deal directly with you for negotiations and the technician specialists (i.e. Sales reps) just tell you all about the cars. Our guy was excellent and was more thorough than the dealer near us.
They were true to their word on the deal they offered us via phone and they offered us additional extra to compensate with not having the interior color we wanted (granted, this was the end of the month so they were willing to deal). When it came to financing, through Honda the rates are on the higher side, but they also are willing to finance through other banks, and that ended up being cheaper.
It was misleading (though I don't believe intentionally), when we we asked if there was any penalty for paying down the principle early to decrease the amount of interest paid, he said no--this might have been true for the Honda plan, but the bank plan specifically states that the interest for the duration of the loan must be paid off in full for the planned loan length (even if we paid it off tomorrow) which means there is no incentive to pay back early.
We bought in the last minute of the end of the month so we will need to go back for the car detailing and options---if that all goes smoothly, we can raise this review up a star! We overall got a much better price than the other Honda dealer and great service.

The experience here was outstanding! This is the second time that I have come here to purchase a vehicle. I called Doug Reeser and asked him if he would honor pricing I'd received on an Accord that I was interested in buying. He told me that he would. I showed up at the dealership and was helped out by Anthony Montalvo and Adam Hougland. Service was superb, with everything squared away over the phone, I was in and out in 1 hour. Today, I took my mother to the dealership and they were willing to honor the deal that they gave me on an Accord for her.
Two things I will tell the modern shopper, know exactly what you want and don't have unreasonable demands.

We had a great experience at Legends Honda. It started with getting an e-price from Ryan Kemp. He was prompt in getting back with me on an e-price for a car and remained in contact to see about our interest. When we arrived at the dealership, we found Michael Wile to be very helpful and Ryan was most gracious to allow Michael to work with us even though we had first contact with Ryan. Michael spent about 3 hours with us, showed us 2 different cars, answered all our questions, and was knowledgeable and helpful--and no pressure and no "sales tactics." Charbel the sales manager was also great to work with. We had a great experience and would gladly return to Legends Honda.

Beware! They have shady practices. For one, they are having me pay their personal property taxes on the car I lease from them This is not done by anybody else.

I had spent months looking for a Jeep Patriot for a good price with low miles, and surprisingly found the perfect one at Legends Honda. I had never bought a car before and I had no idea what I was doing, but Brecken and the rest of the staff made it super easy! I love my new Jeep and I can't thank these guys enough!

Horrible customer service in the service department! Very Rude and will try and upsale you on everything! Go somewhere else! They use to be Awesome went down hill unfortunately.

Reception was slow and unmotivated to help connect us with a salesman despite calling in advance.

Salesman was passive aggressive and used obvious stereotypical sales techniques despite stating he was noncommission.

After waiting for two hours, it wasn t until interrupting the conversation amongst the receptionists and salesmen that they picked up the pace.

My new car is beautiful. The staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint is that it took too long to get the car. The delays were frustrating. But the sales representative was very responsive to my concerns.

I cannot even begin to say enough kind things about this dealership. I was referred to them from a friend of mine who used to be in the car business. I was told by him that getting a car didn't need to be difficult and Legends Honda did not disappoint. Jordan Bichelmeyer (General Sales Manager) was the most helpful person I have ever encountered when trying to get a car. He texted with me to determine which car I was most interested in. We spoke on the phone one time in the EVENING. He had a car DELIVERED- by Eddie Unzar- to my job so that I could drive it to determine if I liked it (no one does this!!!!). Later that evening, I drove to the dealership to talk about acquiring the SUV. Eddie then met with me to show me all the features of my Highlander that was pulled into their garage which meant I didn't have to go out in the cold- BONUS! The negotiation process was simple. No one hid anything and I felt like everyone ended up with a fair deal. Jadyn had me sign all my final documents and I was ready to go. You guys- I got a car in 1 hour and 35 mins (yes, I timed it)- that NEVER EVER happens!!!!! I hope everyone goes to this dealership and feels as cared for as I did 2 weeks ago. It was a frustrated experience. Legends offered me a 28500 OTD price on CRV EXL AWD, and then raised to 29200 a week later. You must be kidding me. It is my first time to see such ugly bluffing. Wish them luck. I'm glad I just waste my time. NEVER consider this deanship any more.

I purchased my CRV from Legends over two years ago, and although I live 100 miles away, I choose to have Legends service my vehicle.
