Excellent Customer Service!
I worked with sales manager, Derek Brown to find an affordable, preowned Chrysler Pacifica in good condition for my son and daughter in law who are currently stationed in Jacksonville, NC. They knew what they wanted, but they could not find the Pacifica in a price point that would fit their allotted budget. Derek jumped in feet first to help them with this purchase. Not only did he have the perfect Pacifica for them, but it fit under their price point!! We then met Dylan Lamm, their sales professional, who is not only extremely knowledgeable on the product, but is also very easy to deal with during the process. A consummate professional from beginning to end. The last part of the process took place in the business office where Matt Ellis took excellent care of them. He was not pushy at all, and he explained the extended service contract that they purchased on their Certified Preowned Chrysler Pacifica in detail. He even answered some of my questions, and he was very courteous throughout the entire process. Alex and Micah could not be happier with their new vehicle! It has everything they wanted and some awesome extras, it is in pristine condition, and most importantly it fit in their budget! The service dept. is fast and efficient. I work in Wilson and the got me in within 24 hours, took me to work and had everything done before I returned. Kaitlyn texted me during the day to keep me informed about an issue and ask me my preferences. On my 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee but my 1st with Lee Jeep and I've been extremely happy every step of the way.

2 starts because they wouldn t wash my wife s car after they serviced it and they wouldn t rotate her tires. She told me when she asked them they told her we don t do that here sad part is she would have paid for it...other dealers do it so we will look for somewhere else to service my vehicles

Easiest car buying experience i have ever had. I was an out of town buyer, 3 hrs each way. Since I was not trading in a car, i was left with the dilemma of how to get my original car back home. Tony offered to have someone drive my original call back home for me, 3 hrs away... free of charge!!! Talk about customer service. Highly recommend you check these guys out if your looking for a new or used vehicle.

I had an excellent experience! I m young and don t have any car buying experience whatsoever, but my salesman, Jay Hendricks, was wonderful! He answered all my questions and was very patient with my dad and I. We kept him busy for a few hours that day, but he was pleasant throughout! The sales manager, Johnnie Cobb was also great and checked in throughout the process. I highly recommend them and definitely ask for Jay!

Jeep service: Oil change, Tire rotation, Alignment, Uconnect update
Warranty work: Paint chipping/flaking and rust on windshield frame

So, I did it... I couldn't help but give them another chance since they were so sincere when the reached out to me. I believe I've found the key to a great experience with the service department. Tiffany! She is incredible! If you've read my prior review, you'll notice the great experience I had in between the freakishly awful ones... that was Tiffany.

I'll be honest, initially, I thought they were kissing my butt to get my negative review removed. To the contrary, they actually told me NOT to delete it because they messed up but wanted to make it right. That blew me away. So, I'm voluntarily updating my review because I felt Lee Jeep (via Tiffany) treated me like a valued customer, better yet, I felt like I was working with family.

Regular maintenance:
It was exactly what you would expect from a dealership. Top notch and very convenient. The people were friendly, even after I had thrown mad shade on Google reviews. That means I completely trashed them. I've been working on my millennial communications:). Overall, great experience.

Warranty claim:
Again, this was absolutely no fault of Lee Jeep. FCA warranty is just a frustrating evil cabal. The people are nice but not willing to stand behind their products. They take more of an indirect side stance. Lee actually made it bearable for me by trying to alleviate the stress of the whole process. Even though FCA eventually denied my claim, Lee Jeep set us up with a courtesy vehicle during the whole process. If it hadn't been for the support and service of Lee, FCA would've driven me to overdose on Xanax.

Summary:
I'm not saying I expect a dealership to hold my hand and cater to my every whim during maintenance or warranty services, in fact, that would be completely obnoxious. I do, however, expect them to be competent and held to a higher standard of work and service quality, which customers are paying for. This last experience with Lee Jeep has been incredible and I enjoyed working with Tiffany through it all, no matter how chaotic FCA tried to make it.

All in all, I've had four experiences with Lee Jeep over the last year and two of them have been outstanding. I'll continue to update my review as I work with them in the future. Did I mention Tiffany too much... Seriously, Tiffany is awesome. If I had children I would totally trust her to babysit. #TeamTiffany

Had a hose leaking on my ram 3500 while I was on a road trip the other day called an they took care of my truck right away great service department..nice clean shop that means alot too.

All my concerns about my vehicle were fixed. Excellent customer service. I drove about 30 mins to take my car here versus the 10 min drive to my local dealer. Will recommend business here any day.

Felicia was great, she did not pressure us in anyway, I feel she did all she could to help us. Chris also was pleasant to deal with, believe me, had I had a bad experience I would never have bought from them. I don't want anyone "talking down" to me to try to get me to buy. Was very pleased with the service received at Lee in Wilson. Had been using a different dealer location in Greenville and was just not satisfied so i decided to try Lee in Wilson. Every single employee that i came in contact with was very polite and helpful. The service tech that looked at my radio issue was very helpful and took the time to explain the things that were done and what i need to do if it happens again. I will def start using Lee in Wilson for all my future needs.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. I had purchased a full synthetic oil change package on my previous visit. They put conventional oil in my truck by mistake, which I would have never known. William, the service advisor, came to me and told me what had happened, and asked me if I wanted synthetic oil. I said yes, and they took the truck straight back and changed the oil again. Honesty like William's is a thing that I really appreciate, and I will be a customer for a long time to come!

Don t waste your time on them. They should be shut down.
