The service dept. is fast and efficient. I work in Wilson and the got me in within 24 hours, took me to work and had everything done before I returned. Kaitlyn texted me during the day to keep me informed about an issue and ask me my preferences. On my 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee but my 1st with Lee Jeep and I've been extremely happy every step of the way.
