Jeep service: Oil change, Tire rotation, Alignment, Uconnect update
Warranty work: Paint chipping/flaking and rust on windshield frame

So, I did it... I couldn't help but give them another chance since they were so sincere when the reached out to me. I believe I've found the key to a great experience with the service department. Tiffany! She is incredible! If you've read my prior review, you'll notice the great experience I had in between the freakishly awful ones... that was Tiffany.

I'll be honest, initially, I thought they were kissing my butt to get my negative review removed. To the contrary, they actually told me NOT to delete it because they messed up but wanted to make it right. That blew me away. So, I'm voluntarily updating my review because I felt Lee Jeep (via Tiffany) treated me like a valued customer, better yet, I felt like I was working with family.

Regular maintenance:
It was exactly what you would expect from a dealership. Top notch and very convenient. The people were friendly, even after I had thrown mad shade on Google reviews. That means I completely trashed them. I've been working on my millennial communications:). Overall, great experience.

Warranty claim:
Again, this was absolutely no fault of Lee Jeep. FCA warranty is just a frustrating evil cabal. The people are nice but not willing to stand behind their products. They take more of an indirect side stance. Lee actually made it bearable for me by trying to alleviate the stress of the whole process. Even though FCA eventually denied my claim, Lee Jeep set us up with a courtesy vehicle during the whole process. If it hadn't been for the support and service of Lee, FCA would've driven me to overdose on Xanax.

Summary:
I'm not saying I expect a dealership to hold my hand and cater to my every whim during maintenance or warranty services, in fact, that would be completely obnoxious. I do, however, expect them to be competent and held to a higher standard of work and service quality, which customers are paying for. This last experience with Lee Jeep has been incredible and I enjoyed working with Tiffany through it all, no matter how chaotic FCA tried to make it.

All in all, I've had four experiences with Lee Jeep over the last year and two of them have been outstanding. I'll continue to update my review as I work with them in the future. Did I mention Tiffany too much... Seriously, Tiffany is awesome. If I had children I would totally trust her to babysit. #TeamTiffany
